I love emporium of cool, never buy from anywhere else now, items are always a great price, superbly well packaged I've never had a single issue with anything I have ordered, and they are always quick to update you with any changes to your order, be it coming in earlier or slight delays they are always on it, and being able to spread the cost over 12months just makes it fun when you order multiple items and forget about them 😂. Ian responded to an issue where I had ordered 3 of their new upcoming Witcher 3 models by mistake. Noticed the issue last night and had a response to my email within 12 hours this morning and they have cancelled 2 and money is due to be refunded within 2 weeks. Great service and cannot wait for the model to be released.

I've been a regular customer from Emporium Of Cool and have to say their Customer Service is second to none. Ian at EOC is a lovely bloke, very professional and hard working.
Very transparent and honest in communication.

All email correspondence is polite and informative, for example letting the customer know of time frames when manufacturing delays occur, (which in today's climate seems to be a regular thing).

As a serious collector having the items in mint condition is a must and EOC are top of the game when it comes to packaging items for delivery.

The care they put into packing is exceptional, with bubble wrap, (they don't just fold the bubble wrap around the items but tape it to make sure it stays in place) and additional foam peanuts to ensure items purchased don't get damaged.

More importantly you can measure the standard of a company not by the times when things go right but when things go wrong. Over several years of ordering from EOC I've only had two issues and for those two issues Ian resolved in a very speedy manner, with no fuss and eager to put the customer first. These examples alone bolstered my confidence in ordering from the company time and time again.

I honestly cannot praise EOC and Ian enough, hopefully will they will be around for a long time to come as they certainly deserve the custom.

especially if I am looking at buying a very expensive large piece. If you are a potential first time customer looking to order from Emporium Of Cool and wondering whether they are worth the risk, I assure you they are. I personally would highly recommend to anyone who is a serious collector.

As I pre-ordered an item, let's start with contact. I received a genuine, bespoke email thanking me for my purchase and promising to keep me updated on progress. They did this at every opportunity, always courteous and genuinely grateful for my custom.

Once my item was in stock, it was dispatched and received exceptionally quickly, with a follow up email.

The item was exceptionally well priced - a four horsemen figure - and great care was taken with the packaging. This was a relief as the item's box forms part of the display. The item arrived in pristine condition.

This is THE best service I have ever received from an online retailer. They genuinely want to provide you with an exceptional service. I can't recommend Emporium of Cool highly enough.

I ordered for the first time from them was good the item i ordered turned out to be a pre order only found out after they emailed me to let me know when they will get there shipment of it witch was the week after i ordered on the 9th area. But they got the shipment week early and sent my item off quickly and let me know about that to so they communicate very well with you would order from again.

I had a manufacturer defect on an item I ordered (not the shops fault!) and the customer service was a pleasure to deal with. Ian from sales promptly replied to my email and gave me updates on when I will receive my replacement which arrived very quickly, and packed just as well as the original. If you're worried about box condition when ordering, this is easily the best I've had! We know how important our boxes can be to us collectors.

I ordered a The Walking Dead figure I’ve been really wanting from here and I had such a great experience. Although there were delays with getting the shipment that contained my Maggie Rhee figure to the store, the wonderful sales department kept me up to date every step of the way and even upgraded my delivery option as an apology for the longer wait. The shop also packaged my figure so well and she arrived in excellent condition. I’m very happy with my purchase and my experience with the store.
