It's has been a very frustrating…
It's has been a very frustrating experience. Our digital workspace was completed on the 16th july and we completed necessary digital forms for selling our property soon after. Apparently there are several outstanding queries to be resolved. However, I don't know what these are, so I cannot assist in moving the process forward. I've so far been assigned 3 different case workers - i've never experienced this before. It is near impossible getting hold of anyone to help either by telephone or email. I don't recommend enact. Please try another conveyancer.

I’ve had a really positive experience with this conveyancing company and would definitely recommend them.
One of the things I appreciate most is how easy it is to actually speak to someone. Whenever I call, they answer within a maximum of about 10 seconds, and I never have to spend 30 minutes listening to automated robots or being passed around different departments. It makes such a difference when you’re dealing with something as important and stressful as buying, selling, or remortgaging a property.
The team, especially Bethany Stead, have also been excellent at explaining everything to me. Legal and conveyancing processes can be confusing, but they always take the time to explain each step clearly and make sure I understand what is happening and why.
The only thing I would say people should be aware of is the “Messages” section on their website. This is where the solicitor will often send questions or request information. I didn’t realise this at the beginning, so it took me a little while to understand where some of the questions were coming from. Once I figured it out, it was straightforward.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service. The communication, accessibility and willingness to explain things clearly have made the whole conveyancing process much easier for me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
