A smooth experience
This was my second experience of Enact and this time the service was much improved. The use of the portal to understand what was happening, what was needed from me and what tasks Enact were currently working on was much more streamlined and effective. The only sticking point was the need for 'wet signatures' on some documents and whilst I appreciate the legal requirement, we don't have access to a printer so an electronic solution e.g. Docusign would have been a more efficient process. A great service from Enact nonetheless.
