Would be minus stars customer service are nothing but bullies paid by dd every month went of work unwell on 0 hour contract so phoned and asked to pay reduced payments till I start back basically told no struggled and paid then borrowed to pay rest of next payment each time I phoned felt so belittled like I don't feel bad enough disgusting treatment passed over to enforcement who were absolutely brilliant and also agreed with me wish I had let it get passed in first place need to sort this place out and fast

I was already in a payment arrangement, missed one payment because they had the incorrect contact information for me and they bumped my fine up by £235. I now cannot afford my gas bill this month or my sons school trip. Cheers mate.

I would of left zero stars however I had to leave one in order to do the review.

They called me and were extreamly unproffessional and extreamly aggressive in there approach. Typical sad little bullies that get a 'hard on' with there powers to sit on the phone demanding money off people.

Feel a bit sorry for them that they ended up having to work such a demeaning worthless job, which must leave them with absolutly zero satisfaction in life.

Awful bullies. the agent R Baker blocked my driveway and wouldn't let my elderly, disabled mum leave to an urgent medical appointment in her car as he threatened her and tried to stand in her way. He then tried to barge his way into my home when I have two young children under 16 in the house.

All this for a parking fine that I had already started to pay! They clearly just wanted to charge me more by sending someone to my house to bully us.

I would expect the County Council of Canterbury to work with a higher standard company who do not break the law, I'm disgusted and disappointed, and quite frankly traumatised by it all.

Luckily for me, my husband was home to diffuse the situation as he didn't see it worth his while to try to bully a fully grown man - just women, apparently.

Disgraceful.

We didn't realise we had a debt (we're a business), once we found out we responded within hours. The debt collecting agent Mr Ronnie Christopher seem to want confrontation when all we wanted to do was check the debt was real.

A shocking company with low-life individuals working there.

My Westminster account went into collections because a previous tenant had not paid their council tax. They left a letter at the door asking me to pay a large amount or they will remove my personal belongings from the property. This letter was received by the current tenant who had no idea what it was all about or why someone was going to remove her personal belongings. We immediately called Mr. Ghosh (the Equita enforcement agent) and he agreed to put the matter on hold and instructed us how to resolve it with Westminster. After several emails and phone calls, it was resolved with Westminster. A shoutout to Mr. Ghosh for helping us work through this. Good stuff!

Absolute scum answered the phone as mr Walsh tried to explain that the debt was because I was put on universal credit due to lock down , I’ve told them do there worst , disgusting company

The website does not work to make payments. Threatening language used. Completely unprofessional.

Bianca was absolutely nothing more then rude unhelpful she was so unhelpful with such a bad attitude I called for help but got spoken to like I was nothing and wasn’t helpful at all very poor customer service skills isn’t resolve anything as she wouldn’t listen to the help I needed this is not customer service this is customer abuse

They don't know who is the owner of the mobile phone number. So they are sending out messages everywhere.

Been complaining to the company for ages, been telling them that i owe nothing to them and council too, they keep sending enforcement agents to my door and leaving letters saying i owe them around 2000. i would call them a scam. if anyone have them people coming to your door don’t even talk to them!

Equita told me lies to obtain money, I am taking them to court and I will give my report when I win my case,

i get a letter in my letter box with a name (first name) and reference number. Obviously it is NOT for me but because the house that belonged to the named person has been demolished the fool who delivered the letter decided to put it in my letter box hoping or thinking i will deliver it. I called customer services TWICE and both times they kept asking for my address and name which i refused to give despite telling them they delivered the letter to the WRONG address (my address). In both cases the rude women disconnected the call. This is quite possibly the worst service i have ever encountered. The letter has obviously been trashed as it is not for me and I am not their delivery boy. so good luck Equita because frankly I don't give a damn how much this named person owes you. perhaps you should get a better delivery person who can READ numbers and letters.

I actually want to be honest about Equita Limited, and i read reviews on this website. they were all 1 stars and in my head i think they mean 0 stars. So, they sent me a letter that I owe £1,600+ to Northumbrian Water Ltd. Why am i even involved when I haven't been around the north of the UK for 14 years and why are they are charging me as i don't even have contacts with them. Northumbrian Water which is 7 hours away from my own house, why would i even pay water that is in Scotland when i'm in London? So please, try not to get fooled by these foolish crooks in anyways, stay safe!

These people are vile crooks, they have no idea of the law, they are liars cheats and thieves who prey on the weak, old and vulnerable. I have reported one of their mobsters to the Police today for aggravated assault and I hope the investigation has him put away for a very long time, they are gangsters and should be wiped off the face of the earth

This company is absolutely vile, and not professional at all. I’d called up too make an arrangement and could hear several noises in the background to be continuously told they couldn’t hear me, when if working from home you should have an office space not be in the living room with your kids. Id asked if it was possible to move it too the next month as I’m trying to get up to date with other bills and was refused and also refused to have my payments lowered by £10. This isn’t a company with best interests and the man that was supposed to help was nothing but rude and disrespectful and when asked if I could be put through to someone else I was denied.

They need to train there telephone staff to have respect

I wouldn't even give them one star if I had the chance. My area wasn't getting post after Christmas for two weeks and I didn't have a phone, i called up to make my payment and was told I wasn't allowed to make the payment because I'd missed a payment (which was why I was calling them up to pay it?) I got Nick, an absolutely slimy and aggressive piece of work who wouldn't listen to me, kept talking over me and wouldn't let me pay my installment. I told him my partner nearly died from an undiagnosed heart condition and we didn't need this stress with me already being vulnerable due to poor mental health and extreme anxiety but he wouldn't listen and didn't care about any of that. I've taken this further and put in a formal complaint against the company. Just treat people with respect, you guys must really hate yourselves to work for a company this deplorable.

Absolutely horrible customer service, absolutely unacceptable. Just wonder are they instructed to behave like that by their company owner. Amount of stress which I had before calling to them skyrocket during talking to their clerk. Are they directly responsible, if a caller have stroke or heart attack while talking to their support team? Why company like that has a license?! That is very strange.

It makes me wonder how they getting away with these things and with a 95% rating for the way they treat people. And I do reckon that they ignore a majority of in coming calls from people. To consintrate on ringing and chasing money from people. Bullies
