This is my second order. Again, fast delivery of 100 litre water butt. Very easy to set up and link to first butt. Both butts almost full today.

You were dreadful. Had I not chased you twice I would not have received the goods I ordered and paid for because you appeared, from your e mails, to just pass off the supply and delivery to couriers, who you blamed for the non deliveries. Dreadful service. Ordered and paid on 3/7/23 and last item received 26/7/23

The water butt arrived sooner than expected. Though minus a tap which should have been included.

Had a problem with a 227 water butt that began leaking in the hot weather and this was replaced under the 5 year guarantee. No quibble. No fee. Just fast eficient helpful service.

Great product. Purchased 165litre water butt. Very pleased with it. Perhaps the water tap could be extended a bit to ensure watering can will fill without having to tilt and hold it.

Ordered a water but on 20 July. Still waiting for stand to be delivered on 27 July. Very slow service

I like that the water butts are made in the UK from recycled materials.

Ordering was fine . Delivery was within couple weeks as promised . But no taps with the water butts. Finally got through after ringing many times. I asked if they able to send next day delivery as was getting someone to fit them the next day for me. They were not happy about me asking that & said if I had to get fitted couldn’t I use butt plugs to stop water comin out I said no cause there wasn’t any either !!!! So then agreed to send first class . 4/5 days later turned up and they had sent 2nd class surprise . Bear in mind I had to spend a lot of money with them. Unfortunately Won’t be again .

The delivery time was rather longer than I expected until I realised by referring to the website, that with ECO in mind, the deliveries appear to be made when there are more deliveries to be made in the area of the customer?

Although these took about a month to arrive I was aware of this when I ordered. I purchased the Cloudburst 200 Litre Water Butt Double Kit, I was initially going to purchase 1 water butt but because of the great price I ordered the double kit. I received my order about a week ago. They are easy to assemble. All prepared now for summer!

The lids to the new stock of bins not fitting correctly and if you add too much pressure the lid splits making it impossible to keep airtight

I contacted this company to ask for some suggestions of help on how to fix my water butt that had started leaking, that I had purchased from them four years ago. I received a helpful response and was reminded that the product was actually covered by a five year guarantee and that a replacement water butt would be sent out to me. The replacement was delivered by DPD a couple of weeks later. I was very impressed with their aftercare service.
