Simply amazing.

Macbook Panic Room
Got a system alert because of some obviously sketchy applications and apparent malware today, and called in. Took way shorter than I expected, and they seem genuinely willing to help, as well as make accommodations for students. Worked with Edward M Tech 5, and the process was smooth and delay-free.
Might be a little pricy, but worth it if you want to avoid future spending.
