Flint & Flame UK Avis

Top quality products and services but very overpriced hence the need for huge discounts

Always easy to order.
Delivery always prompt.
Quality outstanding

Very good quality items that will last

Straight forward no nonsense purchase

Used online to order my knives Tex back soon after to confirming order and when to expect them to arrive and they arrived in three hour slot so well satisfied

Quality of goods. We have lots of knives from here and they are excellent quality and value.

Purchased a beautiful knife set with knife block in September 2025 at local festival and whilst a big investment at the time, worth every penny, they have been amazing and look and work just as well today, over a year later.
Additionally, the knife block didn’t work for us, so at the same local festival in 2025 we mentioned in passing to the company representative, looking to purchase an alternative to protect the knives in a drawer. They were genuinely disappointed that the knife block didn’t work and straight away organised knife covers to use in the drawer free of charge.

In summary, knife’s are well worth the investment and the aftercare was outstanding, highly recommend.

I've had two Flint & Flame knives for three years, used daily. They are still in excellent condition, hold a good edge, and the wooden handles still look pristine. They are without doubt the best knives I've ever bought and I would recommend them to anyone needing a seriously good knife.

I have several of the classic range of knives and they are fantastic quality and hold an amazing edge. Recently ordered another knife on line and the wrong one was delivered. One call fairly late in the day and the phone was answered straight away and a replacement sent same day which was delivered next day. Fantastic knives and customer service. Looking forward to completing my set.

In truth I actually had my first ever complaint with the quality of an item from Flint&Flame. However from the day I raised this the company has been excellent in resolving my issue and keeping me informed of progress. I remain a loyal customer because not only are the products top notch but clearly the service is too.

Fabulous knives, always a pleasure to work with them

We have bought many knives for ourselves and family.
Recently bought the saucepan set and a couple of other items and have never been disappointed, great quality.

Absolutely the best knives I’ve ever used. Stunning quality. Worth every penny, especially when someone else buys them for you :)

As always, a great choice of gifts at very good prices. The 2 for 3 offer made it even more attractive to order.
Excellent delivery time and secure packaging

Excellent service and an excellent knife which does exactly what I wanted it to do

Easy to order. Great product and a great offer available. The knives look great and cut great. Only downside was the delivery was a bit if a pain having to be direct to your home adress via DPD on Monday to Friday so if your household all work Monday to Friday you have to pay additional cost to DPD to deliver on the Saturday.

I had an issue with steak knive handles.
Called and they were replaced straight away. No queries no hassle.
Great service

Great telephone service.
Prompt, very well packed knife set and block.
Large knife set. We already had a set of steak knives, so we knew the quality would be superb, this new purchase didn’t disappoint.

Excellent service again from Flint and Flame and very good prices for the two knives I purchased. Both Christmas presents so not used but I am sure they will be greatly appreciated by the recipients.

Excellent quality and service from flint and flame 👍👍👍👍
