Haven't been with Fluid for long but…
Haven't been with Fluid for long but their teams are very nice to deal with.
However, sometimes I have difficulty understanding their pronunciation of important numeric information, such as a long string of numbers, when delivered by a member of staff who has what appears to be a lovely but broad African accent. Sometimes I have to ask them to repeat the numbers again or I have to repeat them back to them for total accuracy, which takes time. Otherwise, I have no complaints and Fluid seems to be a sound organisation.

An old-fashioned breath of respect
The staff member who took my call was professional and kind. I am elderly and not very au fait with telephone banking. This woman did not rush me and repeated information in a clear and calm way. I was not rushed and felt I was treated respectfully. Excellent service with valued customer respect.

Great service.
i used my card where i wouldn’t normally use it for a fairly large amount and my card was block. i was happy about this as there’s so many scams. i called customer service and got it resolved very quickly. very satisfied. thank you.

Breaking up is hard to do
Be warned when it comes to closing your account fluid (newday) like to really drag their feet in marking the account as settled on your credit report. Breaking up seems to be hard for them. I closed another at the same time with Virgin and they marked as settled within a few weeks. I wonder how long it would have taken them to report if I had missed a payment. It’s been three months now.
