I can not convey how disappointed I am
In reply to your reply - I contacted you double check that all was good to book my train tickets - I purchased them through train line and I have tried to get a refund and I can not! You offered me 1 alternative but I could not do that date - I did not refuse it - I was unable to come and then you offered me 1 just before Xmas - - everything I wrote was TRUE
Update to my below review - when cancelling my appointment they did say they would look in to refunding my train tickets - I have now contacted them twice and now they are ignoring me! *****
I can not convey how disappointed I am.
I am travelling along way for the consultation, so I checked that everything was good for the date that had been booked, then confirmed all was good.
I went ahead and booked a return train ticket for me and my husband.
Today I have a phone call cancelling the appointment and the alternative appointment being offered was 3 1/2 months away.
I have decided to go somewhere else that does not let their customers down.

We would like to firstly genuinely apologise that your consultation appointment (which was more than 2 months away) had to be rescheduled.
Surgeon's diaries, are on rare occasions, subject to change unfortunately. Your appointment was originally scheduled for November and we informed you in August (with over 2 months notice) that the surgeon would not be available on this day.
In your review, you stated that we offered you an appointment 3.5 months ahead, however, this is simply not true.
We did in fact offer you an earlier appointment and also one that was just after the original appointment as an alternative. You, however, refused to accept the alternative dates provided as you had already purchased train tickets for the date you had originally booked in for.
We refunded you the consultation fee in full immediately over the phone (as requested).
With regards to the train tickets, you would be eligible for a refund from the train company given the amount of notice.
Had you come to visit us for the initial assessment you would have surely come to realise that our customer service is in fact outstanding (as testified by many of our other satisfied customers).
We would like to also apologise for the delay in getting back to you. We wanted to ensure all facts relating to this matter were correct and genuine.
At Focus, our ethos is to always put our patients needs first and we always strive to ensure maximum patient satisfaction from start to finish.

Best thing I have ever done.
It’s been 9 months since my laser eye surgery with Focus clinic. As most have already said, it was the best decision I have ever made. All of the staff at Focus were professional, knowledgeable and extremely attentive. I didn’t think I was going to be that nervous as I wasn’t in the build up however, on the morning of my surgery I became very nervous. The nurses and surgeon all ensured that I was provided with the time and reassurance I needed before laying down. Thank you so much Focus, you’ve changed my life!

We registered for a consultation online, and we were called back within minutes. Prasheen Patel answered all our enquiries efficiently and comprehensively. We really appreciate his help in getting our in-person consultations organised, and all the extra details he provided about the surgery. I got my eye surgery back in 2019 and I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made. It has been just over 3 years since I had it done and my eyes are still perfect. I cannot thank Focus Clinic enough!

Focus Clinic - you won't look back!

It's been 4 years since Dr. Allamby corrected my vision and the results are still fantastic. There hasn't been any noticeable deterioration and I continue to be delighted with the life-changing procedure. I can't recommend Dr. Allamby and Focus highly enough!

Do not settle for 2nd best. Go with Focus!
Just save yourself the time and get your laser eye surgery with Focus Clinics, why? They really do have a 100% 20/20 success rate.
Like everyone I was skeptical at first, however after having 4 consultations with other providers, I went with Focus as they demonstrated genuine care for their patients, consulted me on every decision and never pushed me to pay/make a decision - in the end I achieved 20/12 vision! This means I have better than 20/20 and can now spend the rest of my life knowing I got my eyes corrected by the right team.

FYI: My prescription was -2 in each eye with astigmatism. Now it is 0 with no astigmatism

Absolutely Amazing! from my first consultation up to my follow up appointment 1 week after LASIK Surgery it’s been a dream come true. I can’t fault anything. Extremely happy customer. All staff fantastic, surgery was 30 minutes in total and I couldn’t read the time in the clock beforehand but did immediately after surgery… I was delighted. Highly recommend.

TOP 1 Clinic
It has been now 5 days since my treatment and I still can't get used to it that I can see without glasses. The clinic is the best you could ever find, very professional, helpful, caring and outstanding service provided! Everything went so well better than I expected it was very emotional for me and I am very pleased with the team and I’m amazed with the results! They have made me feel comfortable and calm, they put every effort to make it as easy as it can be. I would recommend using only this clinic for your eyes and also anyone who is considering just doing it!

It had been roughly 18 months since I…
It had been roughly 18 months since I had my surgery, and still believe it was the best decision, and one I wish I would of made sooner.
Dr Allamby and his colleagues made the experience, even as daunting as it was, calm and relaxing. From point of consultation to the final follow up appointment I was confident I was in the right place and always put at ease. I got laser eye surgery back in 2019 and my experience was brilliant. Everyone at Focus was helpful and professional, the before and after care was great and my eyes are still absolutely perfect!!
