Fountain Filters Avis 

As company Fountain Filters represent very good water filtering industry. Leaving in London is tough, even lee valley river doesn't help and claimed by Thames water that is safe to drink you should drink one cup of water after one being filtered by house filter, obviously is safe compering it to water from Africa or Asia stright from tap but... I am being asked to leave feedback, so considering Simon knowledge in this field, is pleasure to buy somehow expensive Wras filters but you got what you are paying for.

I ordered an Oyster Taste and One Flow Hard Water Filter in August to replace a single filter unit as it wasn’t stopping our kettle furring up and water didn’t taste good. I’ve waited a couple of months before posting to see how it worked. What a transformation. No buildup in kettle looks same as it did on day 1. Water tastes fine as well. The whole experience was great with quick response to my questions and prompt delivery. Fitting was easy and the advice on the fittings was perfect.

I bought a three way tap as I was installing a water softner and water filter. The tap arrived quickly and appears to be a good quality. Simon was quick to reply to my query about the filter adaptor providing good information. Tap now installed and working beautifully. Would buy again from this company.

I bought the twin filter system ten years ago and needed to replace it. I found the website a bit tricky to navigate but eventually found what appeared to be the same twin filter. A quick email confirmed the pipe connection diameter, I was surprised by the fast reply.
The new system arrived very quickly and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the filter canister sealing method had been improved from a tapered design that was always tricky to seal to a improved flange design making changing filter elements easier and leak free. Had the old system replaced in 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend these filters and the company for there quality and helpfulness.

Ordered mains water filter had a issue with one of the fittings I contacted fountain filters they resolved the issue immediately working great high flow and better tasting water thanks

A great experience buying a tap and filter. Despite me miscalculating the size of some parts I would need, this was resolved at no cost to me within 48 hrs. The tap is great, and good value, the filters seem good so far. Changed from a different supplier to these and happy so far.

Have been a customer of FFs (not the best-looking acronym) for ages, years, in fact into my second decade now. I use the Oyster-TBC double filter system which produces lovely clean tasting, pollutant-free water. It's reassuring to know that I'm not drinking what comes straight from the tap, and the soup of chemicals that come with it.
P.S. The service has always been 1st class.
