Not even worth a single star. Despite filling in a ticket 4 days ago still no reply. A phone call today went to an answering machine with no way of leaving a message.

I have always felt that the best way of grading an organisation is on how they deal with a problem.
Fountain Filters were exemplary.
When the wrong filters were sent out, they made it exceptionally painless to get the replacements sorted, sending the correct items by return. An example of exceptional customer care from a company I’ve used for years, and why I will continue to get my filters from them.

I had to replace the filter cartridge on my Franke water filter tap. It is usually a fairly simple task. On this occasion the gasket / washer had stretched and split. It was difficult to work out what size I required. I rang Fountain Filters having found them on line. They could not have been more helpful. No condescending comments, just good old fashioned customer service. I went on line and ordered what I needed. It was the simplest of tasks.
