Absolute worst support and customer service ever
We have used FP for years and being in IT I have dealt with support from a lot o f different companies. FP has the absolute worst support and customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. They aren't helpful and you will end up on the phone for hours and hours being passed around which starts the entire process over again. I have begged the boss to change to a different company or just do it the old way. It's not worth the time and stress dealing with their incompetence.

Whenever I have had to call FP mailing I never get stressed I am not very good with tech stuff and the staff I speak to are extremely helpful and I never have to worry about sounding stupid if I am not sure of anything I think the staff are exceptional and would like you to let them know this. Machine connection issues
We had changed internet providers and i was having issues connecting my machine to the internet to download postage. I contacted the technical team where i was connected with Sarah Read. She took me through the process to connect my machine to the new internet deals clearly and efficiently and everything was working smoother than i expected

A busy Friday in late November
A busy Friday in late November, we were an hour away from our Works Xmas Do with over 100 letters left to frank and an ink cartridge on 1%. I pressed the button for the cartridge flap to open so we could change to a new cartridge (delivered at short notice only the day before - also by a fabulous FP team member) - Nothing! Jammed! I quickly called FP Tech support and was put through to Sarah. She calmly explained to my flustered colleague and I how to manually open the flap ourselves. Cartridge changed, crisis averted, and we were saved the headache of a backlog of letters awaiting us on Monday morning. Sarah also arranged for a brand new franking machine to replace our busted one which arrived by the Tuesday! Excellent customer service and the patience of a saint. Cheers Sarah and the super friendly and efficient staff at FP! We would be lost without you!

★☆☆☆☆ Very Poor Experience – Would Not Recommend
I am writing this review to share my personal experience with FP Mailing, which has unfortunately been extremely negative.
In my case, my franking machine was locked by FP Mailing even though my contract was not with them, but with one of their franchise companies, HCS. This caused major disruption to my business, and despite explaining the situation multiple times, I received no meaningful help.
During several calls, I found the customer service to be disappointing. Georgia Brooks, the call handler I dealt with, was rude and very unhelpful. Cameron, another representative, offered no apology for the issues or confusion, and disconnected the call, which I found extremely unprofessional.
To make matters worse, I also received an invoice that is incorrect, and Georgia requested payment for it, and as Cameron agreed after , no payment was actually due. When I raised these concerns, I received no acknowledgement or apology from either Cameron or Georgia.
Overall, my experience with FP Mailing has been frustrating, unprofessional, and unnecessarily stressful. Based on what I went through, I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
