Since 1923 Francotyp-Postalia Ltd has been operating in the UK, for over 21 years we have been simply known as FP Mailing. FP have always been at the forefront of innovation introducing the first automatic franking machine, the first electronic franking machine, the first digital franking machine, first inkjet machine and more recently the first multi-carrier machine to meet the new de-regulated age. Realising the importance of Customer Service we have built a Customer Support Team based in the UK that are dedicated to dealing with customers questions and a highly skilled team of engineers ready to assist customers with breakdowns and service calls. Excellent service

Never completed the process before, used an old email from my colleague and emailed Bobby-Louise and she was amazing, explained exactly what I needed to do and entire process was completed in under 15 minutes from original email

We needed to order ink

We needed to order ink, and when I contacted the customer support team, they where extremely helpful and advised that due to us moving addresses, we would need to fill out a form. Normally you would just be told to go onto a website. but not only did they order the ink we needed and sent it to the new address, they also entered the link into the email to make life easier for us to sort out. the service I received was fast, efficient and extremely pleasing. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a franking service. thank you for the great service and keep up the exemplary work you do

Thanks to Mia & all at FP Mailing

Thanks to Mia, and the rest of the customer service team at FP Mailing, they were brilliant. We had an issue with our faulty franking machine, which was replaced within days, the help and support from Mia was extremely professional, her communication skills was great. Thank you Mia and all at FP Mailing.

Very Professional & Helpful

Sarah Read helped us install our new franking machine. She explained everything in a detailed manner and made the process as stress free as possible. She was very professional and very polite.

Cancellation of service

We have been with FP mailing since 2017 and have never had bad service, everyone has always been extremely helpful and professional. We have unfortunately had to cancel after 8 years as we now run a paperless office and everything is digitally signed, if it was not for this we would have never have cancelled our account. Wishing all at FP the best for the future.

Customer support (Sarah Read) was…

Customer support (Sarah Read) was phenomenal, very patient and polite. Gave step by step instruction on how to resolve my problem. When issue reoccurred, device was swapped without any hassle. She even calls back to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Excellent service Georgia Brookes was…

Excellent service Georgia Brookes was amazing to speak to, she resolved our enquiry incredibly quickly even though we had issues prior we got a new machine and cartridge and she helped with all the installation. Very impressed.

My experience was very easy and smooth…

My experience was very easy and smooth with the help of Sarah who after receiving our new machine helped guide me over the phone to add the balance from the old machine to our postage account, reset the logo onto the new machine and the process to collect the old machine
