Since 1923 Francotyp-Postalia Ltd has been operating in the UK, for over 21 years we have been simply known as FP Mailing. FP have always been at the forefront of innovation introducing the first automatic franking machine, the first electronic franking machine, the first digital franking machine, first inkjet machine and more recently the first multi-carrier machine to meet the new de-regulated age. Realising the importance of Customer Service we have built a Customer Support Team based in the UK that are dedicated to dealing with customers questions and a highly skilled team of engineers ready to assist customers with breakdowns and service calls. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
IF I can rate this Company lower, I would. Rented a postage machine from them, when I had issues, they just don't return your calls or help fix the issue. I left voicemails, emails, sent messages on their website for support....TOTAL SILENCE. I only got a call after I stopped paying them, it took 6 months for them to call me back. The machine was not used during this time. When they called I simply said, I'm sending back the machine, let me know the cost to terminate the contract. I'm done with this Company. How can they survive with this level of service is beyond me

Sarah was patient and helpful
I had a technical problem with my machine due to a power outage. Sarah helped me get my machine back online, she was very knowledgeable and patient in taking me through each step needed until everything was resolved and in working order.

Awesome service from FP Mailing
Awesome service from FP Mailing - I was doing my VAT return and needed an invoice for my accountant. I emailed Accounts and the invoice was returned within 2 minutes. I call that service above and beyond. As a result I was able to complete my accounts and will be taking the paperwork to my accountant now. Thank you again for your brilliant service.

Great and Quick Service
I asked for invoice copies as we were missing some. I quickly received statements of our accounts. I made a list of missing invoices and within seconds I received the invoice copies. Very quick service
