I firstly would like to say how promtly my fuel contamination was delt with.
Secondly, Christian who came to deal with my problem, made me feel relaxed and assured me
its more common than you think.(Even tho I felt like an idiot)

After trying other services and getting increasingly worried, Fuel Fixer were quick, calm and efficient. Bela was brilliant. He explained what needed doing and had me back on the road.

From making the initial phone to Csaba arriving to sort out the fuel issue, the service was efficient and completed well within the timescale advised. He drained the system and stayed with us whilst we refueled, checking everything was ok before he left. Very impressed and would definitely recommend.

I'm so grateful he came out at 10pm to help me when I put petrol in my diesel car.
He was so friendly, reassuring and polite.
He got my car running again and put the correct fuel in and then escorted me to the garage to make sure I got there safely.

Well, it all started off well, Christian the guy that turned up very polite, and started to work on van... That's when it started to go wrong, bare in mind I had already paid a £100 deposit on the total £240 cost of a 10 minute job to drain 6 ltrs of unleaded! His pump wouldn't work, so after an hour of trying and numerous phone calls no joy. Christian then phones office and they will detour Declan from Norwich to me as it's now 2 and a half hours of sitting in a petrol station, told he be and hour so that will make it 3 and a half hours! Hour passes Christian phones Declan he says he was Still sent to Norwich and Andy (another engineer)was already there! So he'll be another Hour!
So much for watching the football!
Christian phones someone! Agreeing with me the with all the delays and fecking about, more than lightly they'll defer the £140 due on completion, NOPE knocked off £40, that I then had to put diesel in with....so much for saving myself £40.
And then , where was all the diagnostic shit and stuff promised in the blurb by Salesman Ryan?
Now I may be a grumpy old man... But I'm a reasonable grumpy, and I don't like playing the " I'll go on social media sites to air my grievances" card!
Surely reimbursing my £100 is not a lot to ask?

Clear, reassuring and helpful on the phone. Bela arrived within 40 minutes and drained and flushed the tank at the roadside. What a lovely man! He must deal with extremely embarrassed people every day. He was kind, friendly, thorough and professional, explaining everything clearly beforehand and whilst he was doing it.
I couldn't have asked for better service. All sorted within the hour and no harm done. Highly recommended.

Fuel Fixer were absolutely brilliant. I accidentally put petrol into my diesel Kia on Tuesday evening and called them straight away. I got through to Charlie around 6.30pm, and by 8.30pm a technician was at my house. They drained all the contaminated fuel, added fresh diesel, and had my car running perfectly again. Super easy to reach, fast response, and genuinely great service. Highly recommended — thumbs up. 👍

Great service and quick - gave these guys a call and spoke with Luke who was friendly and efficient, and got me a quote and estimated time for the drainer to arrive in just half an hour.

Csaba, the drainer, arrived quickly and drained the fuel, and was very friendly and reassuring.

I put the wrong fuel in my car, I called Fuel Fixer at around 9am and they were out to me, and I was back on the road by 10:30am. They were absolutely brilliant. A big thank you to Csaba how was the technician sent out to fix my issue. He was polite, quick and very reassuring. It made a horrible scenario a little less stressful for me.

We have just been helped by Csaba, who was amazing! He reassured us and sorted the car out and came to us within 20 minutes. Thankyou very much we would recommend!!

Ricky from fuel fixer was great, arrived quickly kept me informed of what he was doing throughout, pumped out the old fuel from my petrol tank, added in fresh fuel, and with that all done our boxster that hadn't run in over 6 years started up on the first turn of the key what a result!! Can't thank them enough brilliant!!!
