Called about 9pm. Great on the telephone and then Bence arrived about an hour later. Really great guy, professional, friendly and fast work.

I never want this to happen again, but if it did would definitely use again and hope to get Bence as the technician, I went from being pretty distraught to fairly chirpy after the interaction and he was so upbeat despite knowing he'd get home late and had a super early start in far south east. Really appreciated his kindness and he came across as very loyal to the company. Thanks again

Friendly operator and easy to book, and they didn’t make me feel as stupid as I felt, after putting the wrong fuel in my car. Csaba came out to drain my tank and he was so friendly and told me not to worry, explained everything to me, and stopped me panicking lol. Thanks Csaba!

Wow push sales tattics used by David! Went from £300 to £200 was called and called, when I said I would call back if I needed this service . Told RAC don’t offer this service, that they would charge me more if I didn’t take up the offer. Not to listen to my boss their company knew better. Totally not true. If you have AA or RAC call them and check first. Couldn’t have been even more of an expensive mistake. If this was an old person they would have fallen for it and the first price. For this I would not recommend.
Update RAC did offer this came out in 45 mins and no charge at all as covered under my cover.

I refill petrol instead of diesel. I got scared what will happen after . I call the company. They were very professionals. They sent someone and he sort it out (Csaba) within 30 minutes . He was very gentle and polite. I would highly recommend this company. Im very satisfied with their service. Thank you Casaba .

We realised that we put the wrong fuel in our vehicle and after ringing fuel fixer I was back on the road with in an hour and 3/4. Andy who attended my job was really courteous, assuring and friendly. Fantastic service, Thankyou. I would 100% recommend this company.

Michal was very professional from start to finish he assured me he would rectify my fill error within a stated time - He gave thorough explanation what work would be carried out - and during the process he showed me how the crystals were pumping through the system and flushing I felt very reassured that he clearly knew his line of work inside out- prompt and arrived as stated - I would highly recommend both the service engineers and group for there work

Was thank full for sorting my car the man was very nice and professional. I had to wait 3 hrs which wasn’t great has I missed my ferry . Cost wise 508 pounds was very expensive I think 300 would have been more appropriate

I was very happy with the service I received from my mechanic, Dundee Dave, when I inadvertently put diesel in my petrol Golf. He was very courteous and reassuring at a very stressful time.

From dealing with the service advisor (Michael) to the fuel technician (Bela) who attended the break down, everything went very well and a professional service throughout.
The fuel technician Bela was fantastic and very thorough and methodical in all stages of clearing out the bad fuel.
I couldn’t recommend Bela and the team highly enough.
