I was very happy with the service I received from my mechanic, Dundee Dave, when I inadvertently put diesel in my petrol Golf. He was very courteous and reassuring at a very stressful time.

From dealing with the service advisor (Michael) to the fuel technician (Bela) who attended the break down, everything went very well and a professional service throughout.
The fuel technician Bela was fantastic and very thorough and methodical in all stages of clearing out the bad fuel.
I couldn’t recommend Bela and the team highly enough.

Had the misfortune of putting ad-blue in Diesel Tank. Called these guys said someone would be with you in 30 minutes which they were.
Csaba was polite and Professional, all done in 45 minutes.

Dundee Dave was with us within 20 minutes of calling. He was pleasant, funny, informative, professional and helpful. He stayed with us until the car was definitely safe to continue our journey to our holiday destination. Our mistake, but he put it right in less than an hour. Thanks Dave, and say hello to Dundee Dougal!

Avoid this rip off company at all costs!!!
Quoted me nearly £2000 to come out and fix my car after I accidentally put a litre of Adblue in my diesel tank.
Then when I refused, they called back and said they were mistaken and it would be c£900. I called Fuel Doctor who came out within an hour and fixed it for £425.
I have reported them to Trading Standards.
Disgusting company preying on stranded motorists.

I had to use fuel fixer this evening having inadvertently put adblue in the diesel tank.
I was really impressed with their service. Szilard the Technician, knowledgeable and polite gentelman, was with me within 45 mins, fuel drained, flushed, additives added and problem fixed within 90 mins from initial call.
It did seem pricey at first, but the technician arrived so quickly, and I was back on the road in no time.

I have to say, the Fuel Fixer team was fantastic, and honestly, I’d rather pay this fee to get professionals to do it at my home, than the thousands it would have cost had I not called them. Highly recommend!

My dad put diesel in my Mercedes c43 and then drove it 3 miles before realising what had happened. I was really worried about the state of my car as the engine was making noises that did not sound good! I called Fuel Fixer, and within an hour, Ian was with us to work on the car. He reassured me that he could get it working and spent a lot of time in doing so. He explained the process and what he was going to do very clearly and was great to deal with. When I initially called the company, they also clearly explained the price and this didn't vary upon completion. They were very transparent and the service we received was faultless. I hope we never have to use them again but would not hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to anyone. Thank you Ian for working on my car!

I totally recommend this company if you ever find yourself in a position where you accidentally put petrol in your diesel tank! I called the company in a bit of a panic but was soon reassured that it will be dealt with quickly. The customer service is excellent. I received a call 10 minutes before the technician Bela arrived. He put me at ease, explained it was quite common so not to worry and explained the process fully. To top things off his customer service and communication was exceptional and we had a few laughs along the way. He ensured that I had enough diesel to get to the fuel pump after and even directed me into the space. Thankfully, I was back on the road within approximately one hour. So if you find yourself totally panicking and not sure what to do this is who I would recommend you contact to help you.

Bela arrived in the time slot given, he carried out a flush after I put Adblue into my diesel tank. He carried out the work to a high standard, checking for no contamination in the new diesel, and even followed me to the petrol station to top up and to carry out the last final checks, provided me with all relevant information before going on his way. All in all a 10/10 service.

Andy came today to my place in Northumberland and took on an almost impossible job of getting my ride on mower sorted (at the bottom of my garden!) and brilliantly sorted it.

The drainer Mr CSABA did his job professional and he was able to calm me down because I was so sad and couldn't control my emotions

After putting petrol in my diesel car I called this company, the guy on the phone was very professional, assured me everything would be fine, Andor (andy) arrives within 30 minutes and gets right into it, he was very funny and professional, sharing stories to lighten my mood really turned me around from being annoyed at myself. Couldn't recommend them enough, thank you for getting me back on the road Andor.
