Superb futon and customer service
Outstanding customer service - rang Peter to ask about delivery times and he was able to schedule it to suit me. The futon itself is of superb quality, and I’m sleeping very well as a result.

Osaka bed
Always the best service, quick delivery. Good quality for a fair price. The bed was easy to assemble even alone. Just a strong wood smell but it's not bothering me.

Thanks for your review, good to hear all went well with the purchase of your new Osaka bed. As an untreated bed frame they can smell a bit 'woody' at first but, as I'm sure you have now discovered, that passes after a week or so.

Peter was fantastic - always helpful and very kind. He responded quickly to all queries. The delivery was good too, though the product took a little longer to arrive than anticipated. That was out of the vendor's control.

Osaka Futon Bed
After a year I bought a futon with Futons247, I finally bought a bed. I found this one with the good measurement and at a reasonable price. As always the service is perfect and quick. The bed is solid and pretty easy to assemble, even alone. I was just surprised the bed has absolutely no paint on it so it has a pretty strong wood smell, but it does not bothers me. I finally have a flat and firm support for my futon and have less back ache when I wake up. So, once again, I recommend.
