Waste of money
I purchased two futon mattresses a year ago. They are described to be firm. Shortly after receiving them I reached out to the company and told them they were not at all as described but was assured they would firm up over time. It has been a year and everyone in our family hates these mattresses and wakes up with increased back pain. This has unfortunately been a waste of money. If you are looking to purchase one of these, be aware that they are not firm.

The futon bed rolls you purchased are designed to be a firm feel floor use futon in a traditional 'spartan' style, these are not for everyone and each persons search for comfort is different. We would always encourage customers to speak with us first if they are unsure of their requirements so we can help ensure you you are buying a product suitable for your needs.

Excellent quality tatami mat
Very happy with my tatami mat. It's a good quality, natural product, delivered carefully by BJS. Love the tatami smell!
I did appreciate the email from the shop to let me know about delivery and also the updates from the delivery company so I knew when it would be here. Definitely would highly recommend this company!

i accidentally lost my order…
i accidentally lost my order information on my laptop, i waited the length of time i thought it had said, then decided to phone the futon shop 247.
i spoke to Peter Farrow, who confirmed all the information i needed, he also emailed the information too. Within two days i received my order ,which i am thoroughly pleased with, the work and service i would definitely recommend.

Very please with my purchase. Superbly comfy to sleep. Folds nicely in the room ( can even fold into a sofa). Great customer service. Will be back if I need more or will defo recommend if any of my friends are looking for sleeping solution.
