Peter took the effort to personally delivery my futon and Japan bed to an unconventional island delivery location. Excellent product, service and communication. Recommended.

Bought a compact double futon mattress for my existing frame, plus a great teal green cover. They are great quality and have really updated my old futon frame.

Thickness of mattress is great and feels comfortable although I have not had any guests try it out yet.

Material on both the mattress and the cover is thick and hard wearing. Particularly liked the cover zip which goes all the way round and is easy to put the mattress in.

Would definitely recommend.

Futon mattress itself is awesome.. great night sleeps.. unfortunately delivery was a different matter.. driver left item in the street instead of round the back as requested.. there was a sign on the front door (I don’t have access ) stating clearly to bring the item round the back.. so no notifications that it had been delivered and was sat in the street some hours until someone let me know it was there.. then I had to get a random stranger to help me take it round the back.. otherwise ok

Futon mattress was better than expected! Plus quick delivery a bonus too.

Really helpful company. Peter answered all my questions about the various different versions of the futon mattress over a number of emails! He was also happy to chat on the phone. There are a couple of delivery options, I chose delivery by the futon company as I don't trust couriers for something like this.

I ordered a futon just before their Easter shut down. They made the effort to go in and get it sent to me despite their holiday. Brilliant attention to customer service and communication. The futon is also great quality and I will be returning to buy tatami mats eventually.

Recently purchased some products from Futons 247. The transaction was smooth and the communication was excellent. The items were delivered quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, I was not 100% with the items I recieved and emailed Futons 247 to explain why. Peter was quick to respond and offered a few solutions to try and remedy the situation. I was keen on returning the products for a full refund and this was granted without question. Peter was keen to find a resolution and it is obvious that customer satisfaction is his/the companies priority. This is refreshing when so many others put profit and sales over customer relations. I would not hesitate to purchase from Futons 247 again.

I am currently waiting for my items to be collected and have been called by the collection company to arrange a suitable date and i'm awaiting a full refund. I can't fault the service.

When I phoned asking about specific items you spent time really dealing with it. Very helpful. Prompt delivery. Good communication from the delivery team. Am very happy with the futon. I wanted one that was chemical/off-gas free as I am sensitive to this- I was helped with this on the phone and am very happy with the end result.
