Pre-ordered (well in advance) some products so that they would be delivered within a set window (of one week). Despite regular contact by me (email and phone) highlighting the importance of receiving the goods within that week, they dispatched the goods at the last possible minute and their courier (DX) failed to deliver. We were immigrating out of country so asked courier to return the goods. When we contacted Gardenesque about this 'grand failure' the response was so pathetic and uncaring. I am still awaiting a refund. These guys do not care about their customers.

2 items were missing from my order but the company quickly resolved the problem. Good quality products at excellent sale prices. Well packed.

Ordered a few different items including planters, lights and insect hotels. Most lovely quality and good price in sale. Had a couple of issues with two items - sorted out very quickly by Claire in Customer Services. Thank you 😀

Delivery was a nightmare. Ended up having to spend hours going back and forth between the local outsourced delivery companies. For some reason the item (a Kamado BBQ) was sent to the wrong postcode which was totally different to that on my order confirmation (my actual address).
The Kamado arrived and is great but has quite a few flaws and chips on the outside which is a shame. Happy I got it in the sale - I'd be looking to return it otherwise and would definitely not pay full price for it. Definitely won't be ordering any large items from Gardenesque again and am unsure whether I would order anything from them again at this moment.

Both the lovely bench and gorgeous mirror arrived quickly. They were just as the pictures indicated. I would definitely shop here again :) Many thanks!

AAA plus Love it

Such a beautiful canopy and so easy to put up. It’s made from good quality heavy canvass. I’m thrilled with it. So unusual too.

Still waiting for delivery 2.5 weeks after ordering.

Good company to do business with.I have ordered several items.Received the Repton Tray and stand to match my bench.I am pleased with the product itself but the colour doesnt match the bench.Its more of a grey than my bench.Will treat it.

Fire place arrived on 8th but was not unpacked until I went to put it together a little while after. Fire place seems okay but one of the lugs on the back plate was sheered off - you get what you pay for and this is not a particularly robust product. I’ve contacted the company but haven’t had the decency of a reply. I’ve had to find a welder to replace the lug so am still waiting for this to be done so that I can put the fire place together

Update: Gardenesque got back to me following this review and did offer to send a replacement part. I declined this as I had already had the repair completed. I’ve now put the fireplace together and, although it looks good, it isn’t particularly well made. I saw a review saying that the smoke comes out from everywhere when lit and is not directed up the small ‘chimney’ at the top - I can imagine this is highly likely as there are open areas between the top and sides.

Shop with caution

After spending nearly £500 on a water feature, just 2 years in and it seems paint is coming of the exterior exposing a white plastic. Upon speaking with Gardenesque, whilst they agreed that this isn't to be expected with their products, they wouldn't do anything due to warranty just being passed. Whilst communicating, I was continuously dismissed and had my questions avoided.

Quote "I am very sorry that his has started to happen and I can understand my disappointment" However refused to help

Quote "We would hope that this doesn't happen with this feature" But they weren't willing to don anything about it!

I like to support local businesses, however I won't be using Gardenesque again and I would advise others to avoid when spending such money.

Bought lanterns, very pleased with delivery and products.

Quick delivery and great value for money
I bought a cantilever parasol with the base included in the sale at a fraction of the cost of other websites.
The parasol and base were good quality and is adjustable to give plenty of shade.
Delivery was only two days after placing the order.

Great quality product, better than expected for the money. Suits our needs precisely.

Not sure what to make of Gardenesque at the moment. I ordered two identical sets, one of which is badly damaged. The functional set is great, but I really need a resolution for the damaged one.

Customer service appears to be run by a third party, 'freshdesk.com', and don't appear to be all that capable of a quick response. They are currently only available by email, and the telephone line is unavailable.

At this point, I have ordered a new set, but need a refund and to organise pick up for the damaged set.

I contacted Customer Services by email and by answer machine message on Friday, as soon as the delivery came. They are closed for the weekend, but I then had to chase for a response on Monday afternoon. No response or update on Tuesday.

I'm hoping someone in Gardenesque might notice the issues with the Customer Service and find a way to contact me directly with a solution.

Excellent service, products are well made and easy to put together. Both myself and rescue hedgehog highly recommend the houses
