Ordered the large cast iron fire pit. Quick delivery, good communication and more importantly excellent quality product. Not like the endless rubbish advertisements selling cheap crap!
Highly recommend, I'm going to buy the smaller one too for another location!!!

This is a great company to deal with and their products are exceptional. We bought 2 of the Ancient Stone plant pots and they are by far, the nicest pots we have ever purchased. Unfortunately, the wind blew over both of the olive trees, smashing the pots, so having to purchase again to replace.

For the second time I have failed to complete my order due to delivery charges. I wanted to order solar lights costing £2.99 in the sale. Delivery fee £50!!! How can this be justified? I live just outside Perth, it’s a 50 minute walk to the city centre. I’m a few minutes from the major road network in Scotland. This is totally unjustified.

Following on from my earlier review on 29 August 2024 about blatantly discriminatory delivery charges I decided to give this company another chance as they told me they were introducing a new policy. When it got to the stage of paying and organising delivery it said delivery was ‘not available’ to my address just north of Edinburgh. Certainly that is a change in policy - from charging an extortionate amount to deliver to not delivering at all! You really could not make this up!

Fire is lovely. Good service re order/delivery. My only issue is that I wasn't expecting it to be self - assembly (perhaps just my lack of attention/reading?). It wasn't difficult to build, but was fiddly.

Was exactly as expected

We absolutely love our garden bench although we love Gardenesque even more!!!! Some issues led to a problem with the construction of the seat. One email and within 7 days a replacement bench was sent. The customer service team were fantastic and so polite and helpful. We will be using Gardenesque again and cannot recommend the Company enough. The bench itself is absolutely lovely, well made and looks a treat in our garden. Thank you Gardenesque!

Pre-ordered (well in advance) some products so that they would be delivered within a set window (of one week). Despite regular contact by me (email and phone) highlighting the importance of receiving the goods within that week, they dispatched the goods at the last possible minute and their courier (DX) failed to deliver. We were immigrating out of country so asked courier to return the goods. When we contacted Gardenesque about this 'grand failure' the response was so pathetic and uncaring. I am still awaiting a refund. These guys do not care about their customers.
