First, the quality of the four pots that I purchased from Gardenesque really is excellent.
However one pot was damaged in transit and Laurence from Gardenesque went out of his way to make sure that the problem was solved immediately and within a couple of days a replacement pot had arrived.
One can tell a lot about a company by the way in which they deal with problems and the service that Gardenesque provided demonstrates that they're people from whom one can buy with confidence.

I was so excited to get my two new pots. I ordered the larger pot at 72cm expecting it to be 72cm high. They arrived quite quickly but imagine my disappointment when looked rather smaller than I hoped and measured only 57cm high the same measurement as the smaller pot. When I contacted the company I was told no it is 72cm in diameter which is only in the small print specifications and 57cm high. What a complete waste of money and I feel I have been deliberately misled.

First time buying from this company. I was impressed at the speed of delivery and the quality of the rocking chair is great, looking forward to summer evenings now!

Ordered and delivered very quickly. Delivery was great - friendly, helpful driver. The water feature is really just what I hoped for and fits into my garden beautifully. One small grumble - no fitting instructions for pump and lead. Holes too small to allow plug to go through so had to put lead outside. Ok for me but maybe not for others?

We purchased some garden furniture and unfortunately 1 piece was damaged. We contacted customer services to remedy this. Lawrence was extremely helpful, polite and agreed to send us a replacement, absolutely no quibbles.

Just had delivery of my bird bath was worried about it coming broke or not being able to lift it but lovely do driver put it where I wanted and thanks to gardener I love my bird bath found it hard to get top to sit in position but it’s done and love it had been admiring it for few years and took the plunge glad I did not disappointed thank you

Fantastic customer service! I bought some solar garden lights from here a year ago and they stopped working. I emailed customer service and they suggested some fixes, which unfortunately didn’t work, so they refunded the total price of the lights - even a year after purchasing. I’m very impressed and will definitely shop from here again.

Went like clockwork. In a digital age young folk might not know this is high praise for a faultless, smooth purchase from ordering to delivery. The pot is rough (which it's meant to be) and the service was smooth. Top marks to the delivery man from Kilmarnock who was friendly and helpful. I'm now seeking a high quality small tree for this high quality large pot!

We have been looking for a large Tuscan Terracotta pot for a while. Gardenesque had a fair few really good ones so we ordered one. The pot arrived fairly quickly on a pallet.
Unfortunately it had alot of cracks at the base so I emailed Gardenesque and sent photos.
They were quick to respond and sent a replacement out immediately. Laurence was so kind, v quick to respond and attentive, he handled the situation perfectly and thankyou.
Although not a great start, we had a good ending snd will definitely order from Gardenesque again!
