We had a door inspection with Kane tomlin today. He was very polite and respectful.

Had a great experience with my fire door inspection by Chay Rosson. He explained the issues and was very polite and systematic in his job.

Kane was incredibly efficient and professional sorting out our door. 10/10 service.

While Chay was checking the fire door he was very straightforward, informative & friendly.

Informed us that the door is not up to standard & needs replacing.

Had a fire door inspection done by Chay - friendly and informative service

I had a problem this morning and Mark Kleister was really helpful. He contacted the company that I needed to speak to and advised me of the progress of the call and when I should expect to be contacted which was really helpful.

Extremely disappointing experience with Gateway's management of the EWS1 process.

Our building's EWS1 certificate expired in November 2025. We were assured that a contractor had been appointed, work had already begun, and a new certificate would be ready within weeks. As a result of the delay, our property sale and onward purchase fell through, costing us thousands of pounds.

More than six months later, there is still no EWS1 certificate or clear completion date. Communication has been poor throughout, with repeated requests for updates met with vague responses and no meaningful information.

This is not just affecting us—many residents are unable to sell their homes because lenders require a valid EWS1 certificate. The lack of transparency, accountability and urgency has caused unnecessary financial loss and significant stress for leaseholders.

I would strongly encourage Gateway to improve its communication with residents and provide realistic, regular updates on matters that have such a significant impact on people's lives.

Kane Tomlin was friendly and sincere. He gave some good advice.

Kane Tomlin came to check the door. Sadly out of tolerance again :( but gave me good advice on how to fix it myself. Here's to hoping the rest of Gateway don't make me pay more and more each year for the service charge though.. 🫠
