I ordered Large but items in the hamper were much smaller in size than advertised and pictured. So be Aware also my hamper had a white netting around it which although looked pretty, it meant the item... Voir plus
The gift was delivered as expected and the staff on the ward raved about how delicious and light they were. I will definatly buy again on a special occassion.

I have ordered a gift to my friend with the 1-2 delivery option. However, I cannot open the website it says “safari can’t open the page because the server can’t be found”. I’ve emailed them but nothing. Shame on you to use Islam with your disgrace. What you’re doing is haram and hope you won’t enjoy it! Always read the comments before buying anything online don’t make the same mistake as I did!
UPDATE: It was a gift order and arrived 4 days after not 1-2days delivery. My friend said taste was good there were dates too. I have asked for refund after 2 days of order from my bank. However 2 days later it arrived to my friend's house. So thank you at least it arrived. Hope you'll improve the business in the future.

I paid for next day delivery I was…
I paid for next day delivery I was waiting around for 2 days apparently they tried to deliver it and” no one was in” I had to go pick it up my self from the local postal office, when I finally got them it was stale. I tired to get a refund but I was ignored. very disappointed and I will not be ordering from here again.

Con Artists!
I ordered their Jumbo halal hamper for my sisters birthday. What they sent was nothing like what the images and description were on the website. The hamper looked half empty, the packs were a lot smaller and they'd apparently swapped stuff out for cheaper alternatives. I initially assumed they must have sent us the wrong hamper (maybe the medium hamper rather than the jumbo hamper) but when I complained, I was told to read the small print. I wasn't even asking for a refund, I just wanted them to send the product that I'd ordered. These guys are a joke! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
UPDATE: 16th June 2023 - I posted a link to the Trustpilot reviews page to the Giftalicious Facebook and Instagram pages and suddenly found myself blocked from their profiles. I guess they don't want prospective buyers from finding out just howmany people they've conned?

Ordered a hamper. Has taken over a week to arrive.
Spoke to customer service as it was stated 3-5 days delivery. We contacted them and they gave us a rude response stating it’s 3-5 days after the order is processed.

Website is created to a high quality so you are easily fooled.
NUMBER doesn’t work. And they don’t reply to emails when you tell them items are missing from the order.
Really sad that they advertise as halal/Muslim business yet so dishonest. You’d expect better.

I am incredibly sad for my friend who spent £50 to send me a hamper from here.
It does not look like the website at all!
It comes in a cheap plastic box, covered in plastic and not in a wicker like as advertised.
All of the products do NOT have ingredient lists, best before dates etc. They have been chucked in a box and cellotaped shut, with cheap stickers covering the actual brand names.
The phone number also doesn't work.
The luxury barfi is also stamped with a brand name. Upon googling it comes up as a wholesale fudge from Amazon.
There is also a penny sweet in the box! How is that luxury barfi??
The registered company name and vat registration is also of a furniture company based in Birmingham.

Fake advertising, ordered one thing and got something completely not worth what i paid for and delayed delivery.

Absolutely fraud website. Please be aware and don't order.
They don't deliver what we've ordered! It's not worth wasting soo much money for nothing and if you're lucky enough to receive the hamper its not capable of gifting to your friends, feels like they have thrown everything in purposely. What a scam website!

My daughter recieved the hamper this morning very very disappointed all cheap stuff and also stuff missing no baklava no replacement instead of drink the hamper is not even worth £10 it's a scam website

I have checked your order, and it seems that you specifically requested for some items to be removed from the hamper, one of which was the non-alcoholic wine. Without these items in the hamper, we agree that the hamper can look less good for value.
We try to design each hamper to ensure it looks full on arrival, and when items are removed or substituted, they can look empty.

I am such a fool who didn’t read the reviews before purchase. I received my order 5 days later and it’s absolutely horrendous experience. They sent me in £20 10 dates which doesn’t look like on their Giftalicious website. Whole nuts stuck in dates and some are running around in the extremely cheap box. Big Fraud they are. Please be aware of them. No one is picking my phone on Giftalicious customer service. ❌❌
