Libby was great. She explained the steps to me, step by step, and the first thing she asked was if I had any concerns, which she took notes on. I asked her for her suggestion because the house was larger than expected, and she was able to advise on the best service they could provide and give me a quote over the phone without any issues. It has been a great experience, and Libby was super kind as my italian/english in this field was not teh greatest one! :)Highly recommended.

Had my second survey done with this group. I used Chris Regan again as I liked the job he did on my last survey and totally trust his opinion.
