Not your average insurance renewal (Thanks, Bradley S!)
Who knew renewing car insurance could actually be enjoyable?!
I had a really lovely conversation with Bradley S from the renewals team. He was friendly, knowledgeable, genuinely funny and so easy to talk to. He had a great sense of humour, was really relatable and made what could have been another routine insurance call feel more like a friendly chat.
Of course, he still managed to explain everything clearly, answer my questions and find me the best available quote along the way!
It’s not often you finish a conversation about car insurance smiling, but Bradley managed it!

I had Masood help me with my insurance. I dont have the best history but he managed to get me insured at a very decent price without any issues!!
Highly recommend this broker!!
Masood kept to his promise and called me back after 15 mins as my checks took a bit longer. I was insured within an hour of me calling them!! Masood was very pleasant and a pleasure to speak with!

As my English isn’t perfect, I really appreciated how patient and understanding he was. He adapted the way he communicated with me so that we could understand each other easily, and he made me feel completely comfortable throughout the conversation.

Efficient Service
Although I think the cost of car insurance on a 2018 vehicle with no previous claims is too expensive, the service provided by Got You Covered was quick and efficient and the arranged call back for payment was timely.

Stay away from this company at all costs. My son had an accident on 5 days ago. The accident was the other drivers fault. They admitted it to the police. Since then, when my son rings they pass him from one department to another. When he finally spoke to a woman, she said he didnt have accident management and the claim was being rejected. What the hell doea that mean. My son has fully comprehensive insurance. Each time he rings they either fib him off or they put the phone down on him. My son is now referring this disgusting company to the insurance ombudsman. STAY AWAY from this scam company.

Broker Fee Extortionate!
Matt was great.
I would have liked legal cover but this wasn’t discussed.
Unfortunately the so called booking fee was scandalous, 60% of the premium.
Definitely won’t be using next year!
