Product is great and looks very minimalistic chic for the very very affordable price. Assembly was also super easy although screws for the hooks seemed awkwardly small and was difficult to screw in so replaced with our own screws instead. Stub things for the feet of the frame was mentioned to be in the bag of parts which we couldn’t find for a long time only to realize it was already screwed onto the frame. Zero complaints for the product itself though! Looks absolutely gorgeous in our home while being super functional!!

Shipping takes longer than I expected but they will communicate with you on work days if you inquire. Would be nice to have tracking information upon order confirmation but at least they gave it to me when I asked.

I ordered a bookshelf from mighty ape, unaware that grabstore is a 3rd party seller on there. Upon arrival the box was damaged yes, but inside the screws and nails bag was open and everywhere through the box. The wood was dirty and stained, dust everywhere, instructions missing, extra holes where screws are supposed to go, chips all over missed spots from painting, oh and they tried to blame everything the courier!! Asked for a refund that took 2 weeks for them to respond to, then misplaced my pictures. Finally 1 month later I get my refund. The item was definitely used by someone else and then returned. I couldn't get a replacement because they were out of stock. Beware you might get my seconds!!! Horrible experience that I never wish to have again.

I purchased this through MightyApe, unaware that it was from a third-party seller. The item was delivered via Aramex without any issues with the delivery time (12.03.25) However, I found it odd that no tracking confirmation email was sent.

Unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations. The triangle mop pad is enclosed in a black cover that holds it in place, making it difficult to reach corners for cleaning. There is very little exposed pad surface, limiting its effectiveness in cleaning floors. Given the cost of the product and shipping, I have requested a refund(13.03.25) and plan to invest in the Shark steam mop instead.

I regret leaving a negative review, but I feel it’s important to inform consumers that this product does not match its advertised description.

I bought magnetic wireless trailer lights. The quality wasn't good as the plug is getting really hot plug smells burn and light's stop working. Hard to contact with no phone and no address. But shipping Wise it was good.
Update after the review here the seller sent me another plug thank you

Product ordered on 6Jan25 and as of 23Jan I still have not received this even though the communication stated it should have been here 2 days ago. Communication has ceased with no response to my emails.

I purchased a dresser from Grabstore NZ last month and received the package last Monday. Upon opening the box, the wood pieces were stained, dirty, dusty and chipped, some pieces were missing and the foam inside were dirty. I’m disgusted at this rubbish they have sent me and quite frankly shocked at what I have received! This is not acceptable and they need to shut their business down! I rate them zero and still shocked at the product I received from them😡

Purchased replacement 5.0Ah Milwaukee M12 from Buykiwi (grabstore was the vendor) and tested and opened the battery to reveal the lies. The Battery pack tested 3690mAh. (40.4Wh, not the 60Wh as on the label) Cells inside were x2 parallel sets HH INR18650 2.0Ah cells (3S2P arrangement). Not the stated Sony or Samsung cells. and 2+2 equals 4Ah not 5. I would wager that the supplier from most likely in China, has simply slapped a 5.0Ah label on their 4.0Ah Battery, raise the price and see who will take a bite. I had emails back and forth to grabstore and they said they have amended the listing to not include the cell type until further communication is had with the supplier. They have indeed NOT done this and I am very disappointed. Only giving this a 2 star as in terms of power given for price verses an actual Milwaukee M12 4.0Ah is good. Otherwise it would have been a one star for the lies alone. Can't say much in terms of longevity yet though.

Quick shipment however product marketed with Mocka photographs but not an equivalent Mocka product. False advertising and copyright infringement

I purchased the child's dressing table for my grand daughters Xmas present.
It is such poor quality The bottom of the vanity drawers are cardboard and the back board for the table. It is not suitable for children being unstable and Dangerous,including the stool being 3 legs. I would not be selling this product for children or anyone in fact.
It has obviously come straight from China. It was dirty, I had to wipe each piece before putting it together, which the instructions were not helpful.
Some of the pieces were damaged where the cuts were being the poor product it's made of. The screws that hold the plate on where the legs screw into are so small and the board is like sawdust, that the legs fell off . The shelves do the same thing because of the same reason and not enough screws.
Very expensive for what it is .
Their company statement says they offer quality products and guarantee that they are but unfortunately for me it isn't.
Very disappointed. I will be returning.

Parcel arrived quickly. Product as what we ordered.
Only negative comment would be, the item was something that could have been broken in transit so we believe the item should have be packaged accordingly. There was a small hole in the plastic parcel bag on arrival.
