Greenhouse People Avis 

We contacted Denham Installations to erect our new greenhouse. I can honestly say it's been a while since I have been fortunate enough to find such an excellent tradesman. Euan was good at keeping in touch, which is so important, he arrived when he said and even managed to fit in an extra day which was required due to damaged parts.
He was excellent and I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Just bought a greenhouse from greenhouse people at dobies bareheaded.dealt with Tony mc nulty who could not have been more helpful.very pleased with the service I received and would recommend the company and Tony to anyone thinking of buying a greenhouse or any other garden building.

Cannot comment on order as not yet delivered. Paid for next day delivery, delivery went to wrong house, company not interested. And I apparently have to now pick it up 5 miles away

Wrong parts sent, recommended fitters didn’t arrive on the day they should have, expensive Robinsons greenhouse looks lovely but leaks like a sieve from the corners and the doors. Not impressed with the Greenhouse Peoples response - very dismissive and unhelpful.

From start to finish we have found the customer service excellent. The sales person at Dobbies garden centre was great, the delivery guy was excellent and the fitting service carried out by Simon Gillet was second to none. Thanks to all

We recently purchased a garden office from the Greenhouse People at Dobbies in Ponteland. The guy who helped us, Nathan, was absolutely superb throughout. He fully explained every aspect and made sure we were comfortable before proceeding. He was never pushy, didn't try to upsell us, and overall led to an excellent experience.

The company was very fast to repsond, friendly and answered all our questions. We dealt exclusively with Jason at the Staines site and he was excellent. He was happy to speak to us about all our questions and explained everything well even well after we’d made our purchase and been passed to the delivery team.

nearly £7,000 on a greenhouse. they offered to deliver it included in the price but the dates kept being extended until we had no choice to go and colllect it ourselve. when we turned up we were greeted with piles of parts and loose glass nothing properly packed or ready for collection. we're trying to get our money back and will be going to a supplier with good customer service in the future. Be extremely careful when dealing with these people.

Greenhouse bought from Dobbies Garden Centre in Glasgow. The representative, Tony McInulty, was excellent, providing all the necessary information and being proactive on navigating the complexities of delivery to an offshore island. I am delighted to commend him without reservation.

Had been considering buying a new greenhouse for a while and was able to check out a good range of options at the Ponteland Branch of The Greenhouse People. Paul and his team explained the options available and seeing the greenhouses on the site enabled me to come to a decision to buy the Hercules Octagonal. The main office were able to accommodate my requested delivery date and their delivery guy was both professional and helpful. We really enjoyed building the greenhouse. The instructions were good and comprehensive. A missing item was quickly sent on so did not cause much delay. All in all very please with the quality of my greenhouse, the local team at Ponteland, the main office and delivery. Now using my new greenhouse just as the cold weather begins.

2 weeks ago our 3rd greenhouse from the Greehouse people was fitted.
As we had just moved house to a new area we used one of the recommended fitters, Samuel Pope.
Very happy with Green house and the fitting.
Looking forward to the growing season next year.

Excellent friendly service paul cannot do enough for you

Paul and his team were great. Patient, helpful, generous with their time and made me feel like I was their focus. They guided me through the choices to make the best purchase - always looking out for my best interests (down to telling me when to buy to get a seasonal discount) and no question was ever unanswered. They were always available - even over weekends - and took a great deal of time and trouble over my single order for a potting shed. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We have just purchased a greenhouse from The Greenhouse People. The service we received from Tony McInulty at the Braehead store was first class. Nothing was too much trouble, when a particular greenhouse or summer house was not available to view at the location Tony would
search for a place it could be viewed. There was never any pressure to make the purchase, only lots of help and advice.

Having bought our first grown-up greenhouse from Paul a couple of years ago, we decided to expand into a second octagonal house of fun to home a New Zealand pine that apparently doesn't like the UK climate... go figure! Paul has once again been super helpful and is storing the pieces of our new gh until January when his expert constructor, Steve, can build it for us. HOT TIP - Paul advised us the first time that the £500 Steve charges to build your Alton gh is the best £500 you will ever spend - it will save your sanity and your marriage, and boy was he right... what a fantastic job Steve does, and when you see how complicated the process is, you'll breathe a huge sigh of relief knowing the job has been done SUPERBLY! Happy to recommend Paul, Steve and Alton products all in one review!!!
