Greenhouse People Avis 

We have just purchased a greenhouse from The Greenhouse People. The service we received from Tony McInulty at the Braehead store was first class. Nothing was too much trouble, when a particular greenhouse or summer house was not available to view at the location Tony would
search for a place it could be viewed. There was never any pressure to make the purchase, only lots of help and advice.

Having bought our first grown-up greenhouse from Paul a couple of years ago, we decided to expand into a second octagonal house of fun to home a New Zealand pine that apparently doesn't like the UK climate... go figure! Paul has once again been super helpful and is storing the pieces of our new gh until January when his expert constructor, Steve, can build it for us. HOT TIP - Paul advised us the first time that the £500 Steve charges to build your Alton gh is the best £500 you will ever spend - it will save your sanity and your marriage, and boy was he right... what a fantastic job Steve does, and when you see how complicated the process is, you'll breathe a huge sigh of relief knowing the job has been done SUPERBLY! Happy to recommend Paul, Steve and Alton products all in one review!!!

Must say both the staff we spoke with Paul and Nathan were very knowledgeable and gave us the confidence to buy a 6 x6 Greenhouse.It arrived on time and once you have read the instructions carefully,it was easy to put it,and now it looks amazing and is receiving comments in it's own right.

We have just purchased a Garden Room from the Greenhouse People and had superb service from Chloe, the Sales/Site Manager at the Angmering Show Site. From our first enquiry through to the point of delivery her courteous answers to our many questions has been nothing but exemplary. We have received excellent advice throughout, swift responses have been timely and helpful and we have been taken through the buying process with expertise, care and attention. We now await delivery and erection of our new building and know that Chloe will be alongside us through to completion. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this firm to others contemplating purchasing a building from the wide range in the excellent and informative brochure,

Tony was excellent. He made the process smooth and helped me explore the range of products available and the most suitable option for what I was looking for. He was easy to speak to and get a hold of for follow-up questions.

How can you sell a green house with no stamping of number or numbers stick on the different parts i called the number they said their stamping machine don’t work with this type of greenhouse so I’ll be the one to try and fit it together they said go page 4-5 to use measurements to Try an for it together at no point I was told that. what I’d have to do

A fair enough product it’s not fair you hide vital information that could determine my purchase I’d say to other customer stay away and no online help or guide they said to work it out on your own that all the help was available I think it’s disgusting selling product you can’t label up properly but taking big bucks. Absolutely ridiculous

Tony McInulty was extremely easy to deal with. Our questions were answered efficiently, making the whole process simple and straight forward.

Purchased a shed from the Greenhouse people Ponteland. Very satisfied with the end product. Both Sean and Paul were very helpful and knowledgeable everything was straightforward except the delivery which took four months but overall we are very pleased with the end result and would recommend them in the future.

My greenhouse being delivered on the 20th of October .was told it would be the afternoon, I phoned their office between 10 and 11 that morning to ask if they could tell me roughly when it would be ,I was told they had a few deliveries that day but they would phone us an hour before they would arrive. I had told them there was no one at the property and needed at least 45 mins to get there ,I arrived at the house at about 12 o'clock only to find the greenhouse proped up against the wall ,I am totally disgusted with the service we have received, we never received any call an hour before? My husband is 70yrs old and not at all able to move the amount of things left also the weight of the glass . I am one unhappy customer and will never deal with your company again

Bought a 8 X 10 Robinsons Royale and started building at the weekend. All of the M6 10mm bolts were missing and the powder coating paint on sections is of a very poor quality. Called the customer service on 01782 385409 who weren't that helpful. Very disappointing considering the cost of the product. Surely in todays age picking and packing items should have very few errors.

Exellent quality and customer service. We used Denham Installations who was a recommended installer.
I was astonished at the professionalism, speed and accuracy. Euan is honestly one of the best workman I have come across in my ten + years as an architect. I can’t recommend him enough. And look forward to working with him again in the future.

We visited the Greenhouse people in June this year and Jason was warm, welcoming and very informative. We didn't end up buying a greenhouse from him only because we couldn't get the exact greenhouse that fitted our requirements.
We ordered from another company but went back to Jason for some accessories and once again, he went above and beyond to meet our needs. Would highly recommend this company, particularly Jason

Denham Installations were contacted to provide a slab base for a large garden shed. They provided a very competitive price and installed the slab on the date agreed. Their approach was very professional with no fuss and everything was done to our complete satisfaction. Excellent work Euan.
