Greenhouse People Avis 

A big thank you to Tony James for all his help with helping us when we were looking for a green house and also for putting us in touch with an installer

We bought a greenhouse from the greenhouse people in December 2024 and it was fitted by one of their approved fitters that month. Since it’s fitting it has continually leaked in via one of the roof openings. We contacted the approved fitter and he has returned to fix the problem 3 times. It’s no better and water is now pouring in. We contacted customer services at the Greenhouse people asking for support - they were very dismissive and basically washed their hands of us. So very disappointing - I would not recommend this company. The greenhouse was very expensive and supposedly one of their best makes - I definitely do not agree.

My husband and I were having a browse around the garden centre,
we ended up buying an ex display garden room the Melbourne from Greenhouse People Braehead.The service from Tony Mclnulty was excellent, Tony explained everything to us in great detail no pushy sales pitch just friendly genuine communication. I would highly recommend a visit so many quality garden rooms and greenhouses to see.

We spoke with Sue Cheeseman on the phone. Her advice enabled us to pick the greenhouse most suited to our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave us lots of information that made choosing to deal with the Greenhouse People an easy choice.

Bought a Robertsons Regent greenhouse from Ian McLaren at The Greenhouse People at Braehead,Glasgow.
Ian was knowledgable and very helpful.
Whole process from order to delivery,groundwork’s and construction of the greenhouse went ahead seamlessly.
Ordered a few extras direct from The Greenhouse People, which were delivered with the greenhouse.
Co-ordination with groundwork’s team who also built the greenhouse was straightforward.
I was going to built it myself but I’m glad I used one of the recommended teams as they built it in no time,saved me a lot of hassle and were well worth the money.

I went to The Greenhouse People, Aberdeen to look for a greenhouse. Neil Gordon helped me to find the perfect greenhouse to suit my budget and requirements. Nothing was too much trouble for Neil. He showed me all the features of each greenhouse on the site. There is a big display of greenhouses, sheds, Summerhouses and garages on the site. There was no pressure on me to buy anything and the whole experience was fun and enjoyable. I spent a long time browsing and taking in all the info from Neil. I chose the perfect greenhouse and even got a discount due to a Summer sale. Even if you don't need a greenhouse, shed, garage or Summer house you should go along to the site at Dobbies Aberdeen to see Neil's legs. They are crackin'.

Large Alton greenhouse plus extras. Appears to be high quality and contemporary design. Time will tell. Used Euan from Denham Installations. Outstanding work and a nice professional yet friendly style. Worked very late to get the14x8 geenhouse and accessories all finished in one day.

We've paid two visits to Sue Cheeseman at the Staines branch and found her extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful, experienced ,friendly and efficient. We went to other suppliers after our first visit to compare and Sue was the most capable by far so we returned to her. Everything she did was exemplary and her advice very helpful. I don't think I've ever reviewed any salesperson so positively. Thank you, Sue.

Contacted David at Greenhouse People, Bents Garden Centre, Warrington re faulty/lost clip and elbow bracket. Same day David organised replacements, which arrived at our home the same afternoon. Amazing service - people are so friendly. Love the greenhouse too.

A very good choice of greenhouses so found exactly the one that suited me. Sue explained does and don’ts about erecting the greenhouse and the additional items available, very helpful.

My wife and I were looking for a new greenhouse and visited the Greenhouse People in Staines.
We were looking around the various models on site and Jason approached us to offer his help and advice.
Jason’s knowledge was invaluable, he asked us about our requirements and guided us through the various greenhouses that would suit our needs.
He appraised us of planning rules and gave us a list of fitters we could contact to install the greenhouse.
The process of deciding and buying the greenhouse was seamless and we’re now looking forward to the delivery.

While searching for a replacement for my old shed, I was approached by Jason. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products available. He understood my requirements and gave me a number of options. A few days later I returned and again Jason showed me on the computer all the details I needed. Paid deposit. WELL DONE JASON.

I went to braehead greenhouse people and was attended to by Tony McInulty. Tony was excellent on customer service and help, explaining all the options available and advice on standard and ultimate packages on summer houses. He was effective and very helpful in organising the purchase of the summer house, he gave of his time so you did not feel rushed to make a decision. I could not have been provided with a better service, examining all the potential options available to me. Great service and customer relations.

Well what a fantastic experience it has been buying a greenhouse from the greenhouse people at Ditchling garden centre. From beginning to end I could not fault it. Dealing with the extremely helpful David and Jon who went over and above to help me with my greenhouse purchase. Also the fitter mark was absolutely fantastic. If I could award them all more than 5⭐️ I would. Many thanks to all. Really looking forward to my venture into greenhouse growing. 😊👏

My greenhouse was delivered by a very friendly driver exactly at the right time to coincide with my installer's arrival to put it up. All parts were there, everything fitted. It's strong and sturdy and looks set to outlast me. Put up by Denham Installations, who were lovely. Very prompt, tidy, friendly, and kind. Did a lovely job and left everything tidy. I have been delighted by this whole process.
