Rhino Greenhouses Avis 

I just love my Rhino greenhouse and I’m so pleased I went a size bigger. During the spring and early summer I described it as my ‘happy place’ 😊

Delivered on time and the Delivery guy was great.. but the instructions and Labelling of parts is not acceptable…. And we build houses for a living.. which is a lot easier than building one of these

This is the 2nd year for my greenhouse, my tomatoes and cucumbers are doing really well. So pleased to have got a Rhino Greenhouse. Fully recommend.

Now in to its second year, the greenhouse has survived the wild and windy weather of the west of Scotland without a scratch. I had the foresight to run some small ducting under the concrete foundations ( essential here) so the solar irrigation micro pipes now automatically water my plants, which saves holiday heartache. You wont regret buying a quality Rhino greenhouse, well perhaps like me you wished you had bought that slightly bigger one !

The engineering quality is excellent. It is now into its 2nd season and is performing well. It sustained 80mph winds during last winter and survived without a scratch.
The replacement threshold still has to be fitted, but it does not effect the overall performance.

A quality product. We are very happy with the greenhouse. Construction was lengthy but the instructions were good. Glass panel lifter and plastic mallet are essential. No issues at all in our 18months of use.

It is now over a year since I purchased my Rhino and I am reaping the benefits.
Being vertical sided and taller than the one it replaced it gives my established vine much more space and the tomatoes grow to twice the previous size without interfering with the vine.
I suffered a broken glass in a ventilator but on an unannounced trip to Norfolk the folk at the factory sorted me out with a cardboard protected replacement in spite of updating work going on that made access difficult.
Such helpful staff.

This is my second summer with our Rhino Premium greenhouse, we are exceptionally pleased with it. It stood up faultlessly to the storms earlier in the year, not a hint of damage. The service from Rhino at all stages - choosing, ordering, installation and follow up has been second to none. We can definitely recommend them if you are looking for a long lasting quality greenhouse

Absolutely delighted with the quality of our Rhino greenhouse ….worth every penny …from order to delivery ..no issues …I did a self assemble …all parts available and well marked ..just take time to read comprehensive instruction manual .
I live in a very windy environment and no issue whatsoever ..excellent engineering design …strong /neat design for shelving system. And it’s great for growing ..fab results

I've had my 8x12 Rhino for two years and can safely say it is absolutely rock solid.
I live in a very windy stretch of the west coast of Scotland and I am totally impressed with the build quality of my greenhouse.

My installer let me down close to delivery time. Rhino postponed my delivery and gave me the names of 2 installers. One of which was able to fit me in and the delivery went ahead. So pleased with the product and service.

We have had our Rhino greenhouse for over a year now. We constructed it ourselves & like other reviewers found the instructions confusing at time. Installing the glass was nerve racking especially as it required the use of a mallet & glazing paddle. As our garden is seen from our main rooms we didn’t want a utility greenhouse but rather one that would enhance the garden & our Rhino has certainly done that. Main problem now is finding space to plant all the plants we’ve grown. We would happily recommend the Rhino greenhouse & the company.

Have had greenhouse for just over a year now . Great product still looks like new .Relatively easy to construct apart that is from the plastic trim which i still have nightmares about. Would certainly recommend 👌

Not only do I now own a fantastic greenhouse, I have become part of the rhino community. From the initial phone call to the sales team, I was made to feel like a valued customer. My needs were listened to and the advice was great. I'm so pleased with my rhino greenhouse. It has been wonderful to grow so many more plants from seed. Worth the investment.

This is the second Rhino greenhouse I’ve purchased. I built it myself and found the instructions well written and easy to follow. It is like a giant Meccano set as another reviewer said. I wouldn’t recommend building it yourself unless you’re pretty handy.
The pieces were well labelled and fitted together very well.
I am delighted with the finished product. It’s well designed, very strong and looks good. Customer service was excellent throughout. There’s no comparison with cheaper alternatives - as they say you get what you pay for!

I am writing to support the other excellent reviews below. I ordered an 8x12 greenhouse from Rhino and had it delivered and installed last week. From first to last, they were fantastic. Sales staff were helpful, and informative; Lindsay, who delivered the boxes took care of the stacking (and my garden!), Lastly, Richard, got the whole thing up in a day - in some pretty dire weather.
The quality of the greenhouse itself is superb. You can see it is built to last.

I am very happy with it, and would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a greenhouse to complement their garden, and their growing, to go ahead and get a Rhino!

We took delivery of our 8’ x 10’ Rhino from Greenhouses Direct earlier this year and are absolutely delighted with it. The communication pre delivery was comprehensive and timely and the greenhouse was delivered on time.
We decided to erect the greenhouse ourselves.
The instructions are comprehensive and detailed and require time and patience. Having said that, I thoroughly enjoyed erecting it (no missing parts and everything fitted together perfectly) and we are delighted with the end result.
If you are unsure about self installation then I suggest you build in the cost of a third party installer.
Either way, I’m sure you will not be disappointed.

The delivery was reasonably quick and the driver excellent. After that it was downhill all the way. The packing into the boxes seems to be totally random making identifying parts very difficult. Only one label per type of extrusion and a multitude of different types. Eventually got sorted into the sides, roof etc. On starting to build it soon becomes obvious the instructions are written by someone who has a lot of experience in building so does not need them. The book is at best a confusing list of suggestions. Coming to actual construction it would be better if the holes for joining parts had actually been in the right place, it looks like the corners had been made with the same pattern at both ends! What happened to quality control? As for the screws, these are the WORST fixings I have come across in 50 years as an engineer. Nuts that don't fit and seize up half way down then shearing off before seating. Of course if you miss one out of the channel there is no way to replace it, has no-one heard about cam type channel fixings?
Glazing is a complete nightmare, the precision required fir the beads to seat is almost un-achievable with the size of construction. Finally made it with bleeding thumbs and a great deal of use of language.
Looks fine eventually but by no means worth all the suffering and effort.
