I contacted the team with some issues at my property and they were all genuinely kind and caring and dealt with the issue immediately and efficiently. The last person that I spoke to (Husna) was the best best best! She was extremely patient, and genuinely cared about resolving my issue, she called me right back when the call dropped due to network issues and straight away dealt with the issue promptly and efficiently while being very kind and caring. I very much appreciate such great care in a situation that can be somewhat stressful. Thank you Husna and the repair team! Very much appreciated!

Gill was extremely helpful and did her best to solve the problem but unfortunately she couldn’t solve it but has hopefully arranged for someone to solve it.
Having to pay for the call i think is taking the mick. It would have taken even longer than the hour and 10 minutes i was on the phone to use the chat line

I would like to thank Mr. Andy, who is a real asset to Guinness.
He is very helpful and has a great sense of humour, which makes things much easier. He handled my anger and frustration with patience and supported me a lot with his kind manner and warm attitude.
I did have to raise a complaint about how my windows issue has been handled, as it has been ongoing o for more than a couple of years now.
Andy, you are excellent and a true credit to the company.

I spoke with one of the team called sophia how who polite, helped me get my repair sorted with a sub contractor that's been messing about, called them got them to contact me about what was going on,

I spoke to Sophie about a missed appointment and my difficulty in contacting anybody in Guinness Partnership. After waiting on the call for 49 minutes for an urgent call where I was attempting to contact the maintenance people to tell them that someone was on the way to the apartment Sophie agreed that the computer system dealing with calls is not fit for purpose. Sophie assisted me with giving GP an alternative contact number which will, hopefully prevent future occurances of this problem.

I am always speaking with such a lovely people over the phone and they are always happy to help, they do their best to resolve any problems that I report, never had a bad experience with Guinness service 🫶 Big thanks to Phil for his patience with me reporting latest issue 😉

Lakeisha in accounts was very helpful and patient with me today. I had an issue that she fully resolved and it was great to be able to do this via chat instead of the telephone which I have problems with.
Their Customer Service in my experience has been excellent and I'm so fortunate to be one of their customers.

The CS Advisor(Jeetu) was exemplary from start to finish. He listened, asked the right questions, anticipated what I was going to ask him for, from our discussion (email our rent increase letter to supply to UC/DWP.)
He duly did this. The document arrived while we were still in conversation about my additional issue.
The 2nd issue is more complex than the the first, yet it was handled in exactly the same way as the first.
Unlike the first, it is not completely resolved, that is due to forwarding it to another department, who deal with buildings, structural issues & matters of a similar issue.
I am convinced if it was a matter that Jeetu could resolve, it would be a straight 2 out of 2 for completion & customer satisfaction.
A great guy, so easy to speak to, making the process smooth and straightforward. Any negative thoughts about an uphill battle, a struggle just to get your message across, melted away within the first 5 - 10 seconds of the call. A real can do attitude, nothing was too much trouble, certainly went the extra mile.
