The call was answered promptly and the agent named jeetu was very helpful and polite and shown concern for my mother whom is recovering from two strokes..

The ladies and gentlemen from Guinness customer service team are always friendly and approachable. The chap I just spoke to was clearly enjoying his work and was very knowledgeable. Never had cause to grumble at Guinness as they always handle everything promptly.

Sophia was amazing at sorting my problem out on call. Really felt listened to and helped. Rang through certain numbers to make sure my issue had been put forward to the right people as it got redirected. Was super friendly and efficient. Really made the service pleasant to use. Extremely happy

I tried to book a repair online but at the end it still asked me to call of which I was dreading the call wait time.
My experience on the was brilliant and excellent all thanks to Eylem. She listened, asked questions and explained that needs to happen and booked the repair for me

Getting through as expected was a nightmare but Once I got through my assistant was brilliant and made sure she called back after a system crash.

I cant actually believe I'm writing this after my own dealings with Guinness.
The young man who I've been on the phone for quite some time, Curtis, has got to be the most helpful person within Guinness. He listened, he did more than he should have. All round it was a pleasure to speak to him!!!
Guinness, you could learn a lot from Curtis, and to train new staff how to speak to customers, and how not too.
Keep up the good work CURTIS!!!!

When she was given out of date information about who my customer liaison officer was, made sure to redirect my query to the right person. Even though I was frustrated with my wait time and being put on hold (45 mins). I felt like my queries were dealt with in a warm and friendly and thorough manner. I'm giving it 4 stars because of wait time and the system having out of date and incorrect information.

Pure harassment and total unwillingness to conduct repairs on major faults. Staff seem to live rent and work free in some of the properties. Unlawful demands for additional rent. Pure disrespect and threats directed towards disability tenants.
