The call centre was very helpful I can’t really put the blame on them it’s when you want things done is where we are let down

Spoke to Andy today regarding a couple of repairs that need doing. Andy was very professional, warm and friendly. He was able to deal with my repairs though a video link, which was extremely helpful as there could be no doubts of what needed doing. Great customer service

I gave 10/10 rating because my experience with the Guinness Partnership has been excellent. The support l received really made a difference to me. The staff member who helped me was kind, patient, and very professional. Her name is Sophia, she took time to listen, and she made sure everything was taken seriously. The boiler issue was dealt with quickly, and really appreciated how fast they responded, especially as it is so important. She also listened to my concerns about the kitchen being old and in need of improvement, which made me feel heard and supported. Communication was clear throughout and she kept me updated, which made the whole process much easier and less stressful. That is why l believe she truly deserves 10/10 .I’m very grateful for the help and support l received from her.

They could employ qualified tradesmen, 12 times they have sent a plumber to do repeat jobs in my bathroom in 2 years

I have deleted previous one star reviews as waiting for Guinness to answer my question was making me ill
It relates to the increase in service charges
Grounds Maintenance up 221.57%
Window Cleaning up 44.35%
Warden Call up 103.29%
Management fee up 33.27%
The calls I have had, they dont have any answers as to why these have increased so much but
Your on UC so it doesn't matter
Also they have found an additional part of land that requires maintenance...no idea where this land is though
Management fee, a percentage of all the other charges but is there any additional work from previous years....why cant it be fixed, I imagine the duties are fixed !!!!
All I have asked is why its gone up and details of the tenders to carry out the work,,,,think I have been waiting 6 weeks
