Prompt answering of call to fix repair. The lady (sorry I didn’t quite catch her name which she did give me) understood what I needed and was able to make an appointment for the repair to be done.

Abdy dealt with my repairs issue amazingly, I must say he was the most helpful person I have spoken to at Guinness and sorted everything out quickly. Great manners and very very helpful. Hope to deal with him again if needed.

Even though I had to wait for almost half an hour before she answered the telephone, I was warmly greeted...
I have some difficulties expressing English words, but fortunately she listened to me attentively and we managed to understand each other...I only wish that every costumer service was like this...

He was very attentive and Laiten’s to my request and concerned.
I liked that Paul kept me informed of the work he was doing and answered my questions politely.
