The advisor was great and polite, and noted everything I asked and then provided what support he could offer at this time. Guinness as a company however, has disappointed me over and over again, and wish I didn’t have to sit on the phone to them almost daily to get my issues resolved. They have consistently neglected my needs and failed me as a tenant. And the wait hold on the phone is unacceptable. Customer liaison officer hasn’t communicated with me in around a year! And I’ve been victim to neighbourly harassment for the duration of my year and a half tenancy. I’ve now been asked to edit my review and provide more detail. I’ve provided enough! I am in stage 2 complaint with Guiness and if you want to know why so bad then go and look up my account! Again it is not my job to do YOUR work and this is why we are where we are.

Abdy was amazing with providing the correct service from guinness partnership. He reassured me that all reported jobs will be dealt with and booked me in for the repairs asap. He was very polite and professional and went above and beyond! What a top guy with great manners and enthusiasm, i’m sure he is a great colleague to work with too :)

Jill was the customer service agent that I spoke to for a complicated waste pipe issues in my sister’s flat that have been going on for nearly 2 weeks. She’s very sympathetic and very efficient in making contacts with the relevant departments and contractors. She went above and beyond and tried her best to resolve the problem.

The review I previously wrote I'm not confident now that everything I had said was understood. One of the jobs/repairs that I asked to be done was cancelled for the forth time. I dont know why these jobs are booked out and cancelled at the very last moment you are expecting the operatives to turn up to do the job. This is unacceptable by Guinness. Im sorry that I have to backtrack on what I previously wrote. Guinness really needs to review how it operates its repairs and listen to tenants and repair operatives that see the necessary jobs that needs to be done. Customer services staff only knows what you tell them and I realise now I might need to say exactly what the job entails and how many operatives I feel is necessary to do the job. Its not my job to do that but when you have a job/repair that will take 3 repair operatives and would be a minimum of 6 hrs and they send one repair operative and the timescale he has to complete is 75 mins then there is a bigger issue that needs to be addressed.

I spoke to Diane at customer services, she was very helpful and listened to all my enquiries. She took notes of my request and follows it up. Great service.
