Helpfull friendly staff reasonably priced prducts cut to size, I cannot fault the service recieved from this company first rate have only driven to the Hinkley depot asked for required materials paid and left completely satisfied with both service and goods good job guys keep up the good work.

Well wrapped plywood sheets delivered today. I’m impressed with the delivery and ease of ordering. Unfortunately they didn’t load my box of screws so I still need to go out to buy some and I also need to contact them as they have not credited me for the missing screws. Shame about that because I got charged £65.99 for delivery.

Quality of the feather edge boards was not good. Ordered over a hundred and the top one was literally curved like a banana! The staff seemed shocked that I might not want curved boards. The rails were of poor quality too as had to ask for 3 of the 4 to be swapped for straighter pieces... then once came to use these found some nails wouldn't go in as they were so knotty. One almost split as the knot went right through the grain of wood...poor experience

They realised I had ordered the wrong item . They rang me to check and issued me the correct ones. Very pleased with the company and staff. Delivery driver was very helpful and polite!

From ordering to collection the service was outstanding. However, on arriving home, with the product, I saw that the cutting, on the Melamine Board was unacceptable. The edges are ripped to pieces, and do not look pleasing at all.

Ordered online for collection at store. What a useless service, should have just turned up at store. Was told only AFTER completing purchase that I’d have to wait 5 working hours to collect. Never got any text or email to confirm order was ready in that time. But did get an email about a week AFTER collecting purchase that my order was ready. Go to Screwfix to see how click and collect works or don’t bother at all.
