Always a great experience
Great haircut, very friendly personal service has me coming back to Windsor every time I need a cut, even if its a 20 minute drive each way. My wife too . Anna always manages to squeeze us in for appointments. Amy and Dario always make the cuts enjoable for my wife & I respectively.

Another great hair cut with Nafisa
Another great hair cut with Nafisa. Started going to her 3 years ago and couldn't recommend her more. I don't know what I need so ask for her recommendation and she delivers every time. Now I just sit down and say, I trust you and know that she'll do a great job. She's helped me donate my hair and fix covid home wonky trims. Highly recommend her and the Headmasters Windsor experience.
Zero customer service
I work full time and the only opportunities that i have for hair appointments is during the weekend. Every time i make an appointment at Headmasters (Richmond - London) on a Sunday, i wake up on the sunday morning to a missed call at 8.30 a.m. from the salon saying that the stylist has called in sick. They have serious issues of their staff calling in sick repeatedly on a Sunday and leaving customers with no a single solution. With this particular salon, i have had at least 10 instances where the stylist with whom i had the confirmed appointment had called in sick and they just left me a message and that's it. Zero effort from the salon to find an alternative appointment, no apology and absolute disregard to the customer experience. Some of my sunday appointments were for an event or a special occasion where i was left calling around different salons for a last minute appointment.
I have never experienced a salon with zero customers service experience, rude staff, overpriced services.
Today, was the worst experience: i had booked for a haircut appointment for my teenage daughter, only to be woken up to an 8.30 a,m call of the stylist calling in sick (it is a running joke in our household now).... i called back to only be treated with whatever attitude but this time i was not putting up with it, after a heated conversation and following my insistence for an alternative appointment, they finally "managed" to find an option (within the hour), following a mad rush to get my daughter to the appointment, only to be overcharged because they could not honour the originally booked stylist rate and only the top stylist was available. Totally ruined what was a special event day for my daughter.
I was told that their only customer complaint process is to fill a form online, but having done that multiple times in the past with zero response or remediation, here i am....

Mediocre hairdressers, so do not look for originality when you get there
I would recommend Headmaster to do very classical root colours, but not for hairstyling, cuts and balayage. I insisted on the phone that I wanted balayage, and they had booked me for simple highlights. Also, it seems in the UK they really do not get the Southern European concept of "different lengths": you will always end up with even-length curtains. Mediocre hairdressers, so do not look for originality when you get there. Go basic and you'll be satisfied.

Uneven cut
I asked for a simple bob with Louise. The sides matched each other, but not the back length we had agreed on. When I returned, I had to wait over an hour, and then spend another hour in the chair — it took ages for what should have been a very simple haircut. My hair ended up much shorter than I wanted and still uneven. The stylist gave a quick apology at the end, but the manager never did. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Had a Blowdry in Wimbledon Branch
Had a Blowdry in Wimbledon Branch. I felt the girl was rushing as she had another client waiting post colour. She dried my hair in sections that were too big and hence my hair was neither smooth or voluminous as I had requested. Very disappointing.

Christian is amazing!
Christian, the curl specialist was incredible. He advised me on how to treat my hair, how to shape it and what products I should be using. He was so approachable and smiley. I can’t recommend him enough. I have never been in better hands!
Zero customer care or service
My son 16 went for his haircut at 18:00 yesterday in the Epsom branch, he had his cut and had paid within 15 minutes my son said they did nothing he asked for. They did not wash his hair, or provide any normal treatment, he was upset they charged £47.25 for less than 15 minutes work. When I asked for a refund they said they can’t give refunds because a manager was not there and to call a central number this morning. I spoke to someone who was going to see what they could do as a manager was still not there, they put me on hold for 15 minutes and the phone cut off. I called back they said call back on Monday and a manger should be in. Such poor service and an awful haircut.
Headmasters have since sent me a link to their website to log my complaint, which I did. I then received this email: Hello Jamesmatthews911,

Terrible customer service for a longstanding customer,
had my appointment rescheduled as the stylist changed her shift , then the same appointment was cancelled as I was on my way to them! This is despite my booking a month ago for my sons wedding and going to this branch for over 10 years. I even called a day before to make sure the stylist would be on time as I had other appointments after them
Good stylists constantly leave and the Branch management seems to have gone down the toilet with the last long term manager Georgie leaving as well.
Needless to say they’ve lost my business for good now … very very disappointing
Absolute Perfect Treatment
I, very stupidly, arrived one hour early and when I was advised, very politely, of my mistake, I thought I would have to sit and wait for an hour. But no! I was seen straight away and treated like a princess. A beautiful hairdresser called Laila, washed, cut and blow-dried my hair to perfection. I highly recommend Headmasters in Hammersmith and I definitely would recommend Laila.
Be careful with your personal details!
I had an incident with my personal details in Wimbledon Village!
I contacted and complained to investigate but they didn't take any action to resolve the problem!
They sent emails saying that they "didn't hear anything from me" which is absolutely unacceptable!
I reported to the police.

Great Colour and blow dry
From the moment I walked in it was a great experience, I was offered a drink and asked how I would like my hair, offered advice about the colour and the end result was beautiful, I just love how I was made to feel, we had a lovely conversation about working out and gyms and I felt totally relaxed.
Violation of GDPR rules
They contacted unknown person to cancel my appointment. They weren't able to confirm which number it was and they were extremely rude! After I told them that I will complain, they said that they don't care and really Headmasters doesn't care at all. I started receiving spam calls that I never! NEVER have received before!
They violated my personal details, they are rude, and Headmasters didn't investigate! They send to me couple of emails to inform me that they will close the case if I don't respond. I responded many times! But they lie they don't receive my emails.
So, I reported to the police.
