Hi Calum,
Thanks for taking the time to write this review and thanks again for your custom.
On occasion our stock forecasting can be slightly off, particularly on items which have proved even more popular than we anticipated. We will always do everything we can to advise of the expected delivery date of an out of stock item and also offer the most suitable alternatives as quickly as we can. I apologise your original item wasn't available for immediate dispatch when you placed your order.
We are very pleased to hear we managed to resolve this problem quickly and efficiently!

If you’re in a hurry, don’t bother
Ordered a pair of Mercian shorts with next day delivery at an addition cost, received a text the day after saying they were out of stock. Ended up taking over 2 weeks to arrive. Not a very good system if a customer can buy a product for next day delivery if they haven’t even got them in stock.
In the meantime I bought a different pair of shorts for next day delivery, the exact same thing happened.
Terrible service

No Complaints
Read the reviews and it was a bit mixed, but I ordered a hockey stick and it came 2 working days after I ordered it - no issues with the service at all.
