Easy to order on line. Delivery service took longer than expected, but driver put the items in shed for me, which was very helpful.

I’ve used Homefire on several previous occasions and the service was always excellent and that performance has been repeated yet again with my current order, excellent service throughout. What more can I say 👍👍.

Delivery guy does a good job

I have been up since 5.30am awaiting a delivery between 6-8 am, now 8.30 no delivery, no explanation, customer services not taking calls, when they’re open from 8am! Not pleased at all, I could have stayed in bed, especially as I had little sleep due to the heat!
Update, driver arrived 9.07 am but before I could get to my front door he had started to unload my order on the doorstep, I asked not to leave order there but to take it round to the side gate, I also told him he was late, which he also took offence to. He asked me if I had a 2 hr time slot, yes 6-8am, he then looked at his watch and told me he had had other deliveries, no apology given. He almost reluctantly took my order to the back and threw it aggressively on the ground, which I took offence to, according to this very angry man the heavy traffic, an RTA and his delivery route is somehow my fault! He was argumentative, rude and angry at me, for some reason which I suspect was more to do with the colour of my skin! I’ve made a formal complaint to Homefire and doubt I will buy from them again!

Briquettes turned to soil in the bag (roughly half). Once I'd got the BBQ going it meant that opening the vents (mines a Weber kettle one) burning embers went everywhere, including on my legs. The other problem was that when checking the barbeque hours later there was a pile of glowing embers still in the tray underneath.

Quality,and deliverie spot on ,well priced.

Mouldy coal. Bought this coal a few times from different places and its been mouldy. Have emailed customer service to see what they have to say but very disappointed! Not only is this a hazard but it has ruined our dinner plans due to not knowing its mouldy until we go to use it.

Even though I dread having to think about buying fuel for the winter, Homefire make the whole process effortless. I receive one, maybe two calls, saying that their summer prices are on. I order online and get order notifications all the way. Then the tracking details for the delivery on the day. The drivers are so helpful when unloading considering they are dealing with a 500kg delivery as opposed to a single parcel. Altogether an excellent service by all concerned and a premier product at a great price.

Easy to order and contact if necessary. Good customer service and excellent helpful delivery guys who arrived on time for both my recent orders.

The product burns well and is made from recycled olive stones. The subscription means I don't have to worry about re-ordering and the delivery driver knows where to unload the bags if I'm not available and always treats my property with care and respect

It's the second time I've used homefire and there brilliant,and will keep on using them,

Product ok but the delivery was appalling. Didn't ring the bell so didn't know they were there. Dumped it on my front door step luckily it didn't get stolen as it was in full view of passers by ( we get a lot of scrap metal vans in my area). Don't know if your using different guys as normally they drop where I ask them to and if I'm not in they at least take it round the back out of view

I appreciate the emails and texts I receive before the coal delivery and times of arrival also the helpful and cheerful attitude of the Coleman excellent service

I got home from work to find they were delivering the next day…when I would be at work. Tried to phone at 8am when office opened, to find it was still closed. Did not get a reply until 9am. Gave them my non working days (choice of 5) but following week again arranged on a work day. Phoned, told that was the day for my area. Changed my working day to accommodate, but evening before told not coming now, and coming the next day, when I would be in work! You could,not make it up. Again tried to contact office, no reply until 9am. Eventually took 4 weeks to get it delivered, and two missed days of work.

The drivers are always helpful and on time the only thing that could be slightly more helpful is an update after placing the order to say it could take a month to process
