Quick and friendly delivery
Quick and friendly delivery
We chose HSS because they had the stock and were able to deliver. There was no minimum order size (three fence pannels and a post for one job and six smaller posts for another job). I was impressed by the short delivery lead time and a very friendly, down to earth delivery person. Would reccomend to everyone (irrespective of order size).

Ordered two bulk bags of topsoil to go under new turf; nice soil, scarcely a stone in it.

I ordered two 6'x6' wood panels.
I ordered two 6'x6' wood panels.
Both arrived with white mould and debris on them. One fell apart on delivery!
Replacement for damaged panel was delivered but also had debris & white mould.
I've cleaned and treated them both before being installed but didn't expect to have to do this.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret that your wood panels arrived as described, and that one broke during transit. You should not have had to scrub and treat the items yourself. We are reviewing our processes to prevent this from happening again.
