Have used HTFR for years. Quick delivery and media is always immaculate. The site I always try first.

VG+ record was at their admission a G+ record - it wasn't even that. Second record not up to par either, maybe a little better.

Refund sorted so not all ruined, but really grading needs to be much, much more accurate.

Very good record store . Been and still a buyer since 2023 and always found an interested items that I’ve been looking for a years . simple note to the store is to be more care about some vinyl records, once the customer purchase them, kindly clean them and replace the old inner sleeve with a new one . Otherwise everything is perfect .

I haven't shopped at HTFR for years. Ordered a 12" at very good price, couldn't find the link on there website to track my parcel, the vinyl was quite dusty when received but overall was in VG condition.

Bought David Bowie's Diamond Dogs. They stuck a sticker across it that rips the sleeve if I try to remove it. The Royal Mail just stuck it behind a plant pot in the front garden. Didn't ring the bell to tell us they had arrived. No note or email to tell us it had arrived. I sent an email asking where it was. No reply. Record got soaked. Pretty poor service all round, I'd say. A real 'couldn't care less' attitude. Hard to find? Hard to like.
