Very quick response - fastest appiontment of a conveyer I have ever had. Slightly confusing though with all the lawyers responding with very similar names.

Great service so far with our conveyancing. Gave a competitive quote for house sale and when we decided to buy as well (rather than rent) the enquiry was handled efficiently and professionally. I called the office and Debbie, my contact for the house sale answered the phone - no computerised voice giving options - and sorted the query effortlessly. RECOMMENDED.

I came across iConvey via an internet search and Polly emailed me a quote soon after. The quotation given was very good and around £500 cheaper than other solicitors I had been recommended.

With the quote being so competitive I decided to call Polly and she explained the whole process to me - being a first time buyer this was really helpful.

I decided to go ahead and my case was given to BPL Solicitors who have now completed my purchase in around 9-10 weeks which I am very pleased about. Other than a couple of additional things which meant I needed insurance on certain things for the property, the quote stayed true and I have saved £100's by using this company.

Overall I am very pleased and would recommend.

Only solicitor to be correct with regard to a complicated stamp duty problem

So far very good, Polly gave me all the info i needed, passed me on to the legal team in Atherton who very quickly supplied all the information i required. If the rest of the process continues as good i will consider raising the 5 th star.

Quick responses and so far a great service

Awful service, as soon as I gave them the go ahead to act on my behalf I have struggled to ever get answers and responses from them. Was not happy how I was not told about a couple of upfront fees, especially after being told there were no upfront fees upon original request. Too many 3Rd parties used, iConvey do not do a great deal.

Debbie was straight on the case 1st thing. Easy straight forward - no hassle and half the price of my estate agents quote.

Georgia was very forthcoming in her communications and is very quick and responsive.

We are now in touch with our conveyancer and we hope he can act in a similar manner and take the purchase to exchange and completion without any issues.
