It took 9 weeks for me to receive this and not sure if it is even safe or legit stuff.

Order placed June 17. Says expect 2-3 before it will ship. It’s been 3 weeks. Order says “processing. Sent request for update by their message system over a week ago. No response. Tried their phone support twice and message says it’s “unavailable”. Is this site a scam???
