False advertisement and horrible customer service

I have used their services quite a few times and have had issues half of the times. This time I purchased a bouquet of dried flower with a tiramisu cake and candy canes for my girlfriend.

What went wrong:
- Candy canes were plastic though they're described as "perishable" in the product description. By this logic every single product they have should have that description. Also did not get a refund for thisfalse advertised product.
- Wrong cake was delivered and I had to write them several times with photos attached of the wrong product before they were willing to pay me back (obviously with the credits for their website because why tf not) for their screw up, and of course, without admitting to them being at fault.
- Additional written note by another customer was received, which means that whoever wrote the note for her husband simply didn't get it delivered as it was wrongly placed inside my delivery.

Most of the replies I received were auto-generated general replies meant for most scenarios. Just do your job properly and read what your customers say. It's really not a difficult job.

I'd suggest others to find other local flower vendors who also can bring gifts for your loved ones instead of this unprofessional mess of an organisation.

THE Worst place to order

THE Worst place to order. I would not recommend this site even to anyone u don’t like. Just so much Attu due by customer care, like they are replying to us and doing a favour. Never delivered on time or the next day also but kept saying it’s delivered. Like u can see all the reviews . THEY ARE THE WORST

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs.
Says order delivered but its day 3 and nothing has been delivered. Their service / call centre is the slowest in responding and they either give you the wrong info or jus plain lie saying it's going to delivered. Asked for a refund and still nothing from their end.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. They said my order was delivered last evening and only when I called to check on it - they said due to glitch in the system it showed as delivered. It hadn’t even been dispatched yet. Very very unprofessional.

Pathetic … I sent flowers today (…

Pathetic … I sent flowers today ( Valentine’s Day ) which were supposed to be delivered before 12 noon today … am writing this review at 9.30pm and the news is that the attempted delivery and now it is cancelled … the disgusting part of the experience is that I have been trying to follow this up since morning and I could not speak to anyone in the company - if you call the contact centre and say you have complaint you will be told that the call volume is high and you have to chat with a useless faceless bot … I am thinking why the hell do they have to even take an order that they cannot deliver … completely pathetic … don’t even touch them … hopeless

UPDATED REVIEW: DESPITE THE EMAIL BY THE VENDOR BELOW - NO EMAIL CAME TO ME. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. AFTER THEIR RESPONSE I FEEL LIKE GIVING THEM LESS THAN 1 STAR

Absolute cheats! They will book your order, send you tracking id and everything, delivery partner will come at any random time. and then they would just cancel the order. they are absolute cheats. stay away. they canceled my order, forget about refund but ruined the valentines day for me. Also please note that the reviews on mouthshut are all bought reviews. not genuine. Once the order is canceled, the way they give refund is through IGP credit! so not even direct refund. Thus, this company is a cheat company, that will take your order, not deliver your product and the refund will be in form of wallet balance (which you will never use because of the bad experience you would have had). please do not use this company and its services ever.

Updating my review further and the nightmare doesn’t end. A guy called Feroze writes to me at 11 pm asking me to confirm delivery for today (15th Feb). I send the confirmation email first thing this morning. It’s now 11 am and no reply from either Feroze or anyone else. This has been the worst service experience of my life. I had to write this additional reply because the reply from the company below is a total hogwash.

Worst ones to be trusted

Worst ones to be trusted. I had ordered a hamper for someone and they fooled me since morning by saying it will be delivered in few hours but my flowers were not delivered. Please dont order anything from here because they are just a bunch of unprofessional fools.

Flowers delivered without sender information

Ordered flowers to be delivered. The flowers were delivered with no sender information (it was provided to them). When contacted, they offered a 20% refund which I agreed to. Now they are saying that is a voucher for future use. Why would I want to do business with them again?

Flowers not delivered! Completely infruriating customer support

I ordered a hamper and flowers for my sister. Initially all looked promising with delivery scheduled for the next day, but I then got a message saying delivery could not be attempted because they could not get hold of the recipient by phone. I checked with my sister and no one had attempted to deliver the hamper. I spent a long time on the customer support chat to check the phone number used, there was a typo in the number so corrected this and they re-scheduled delivery for the next day, but again no delivery was attempted and no attempt to phone the corrected number. Delivery was rescheduled a 3rd and 4th time but no tracking info provided and no hamper ever arrived. I am still trying to get my money refunded. Terrible!

Appealing flowers. Appalling service

We ordered flowers for a 90th birthday. They didn’t arrive. We queried with customer services and they apologised and asked if they should send them now. We said yes, they didn’t arrive for a second time . When we followed up for a third time they apologised profusely and offered to refund. No compensation. I’d have hoped they would simply deliver the flowers for free as an apology for the diabolical service . I asked for some recompense at which they simply said you can’t have any compensation as we’ve already refunded. Appalling. At least we got the refund. If I could aware

Horrible experience ordered on the 21st…

Horrible experience ordered on the 21st Dec to be delivered on 23rd still haven't received ordered.
It was for 90yr old aunt for Christmas who is on her own.
Disgraceful customer service pawing me with the same rubbish.
Can't even get a refund stay away from these this organisation not sure if it even interflora.

Horrible place to order form

Horrible place to order form. I order a bouquet between 1-5 delivery and it was delivered at 920pm totally screwing up the 50th anniversary. The customer service team is unapologetic and over very very bad escalation management by phone and WhatsApp.

Amazing service and quality- this is my…

Amazing service and quality- this is my repeat order. From the time i placed the order, i was kept informed via WhatsApp. The selection range is wide and beautiful and the actual product is same as shown on the website. Delivery was prompt and the delivery man even offered to carry the gift into the house as it was heavy. The recipient was delighted. Thanks for the wonderful experience!
