Regular user of Interflora, they have some of the most breathtaking flower arrangements and designs available on the market apart from great prices and quick delivery.

My last delivery was not completed due to no fault of theirs (I submitted a wrong contact number), After the delivery failed I emailed them late in the night, they responded immediately (Joanita you are a star!).

Resolved my issue, changed the contact details and scheduled priority delivery the very next day.

Could not be happier with them, highly recommend!

Ordered a gorgeous peach arrangement from Inter flora. Even received a message from them saying it was delivered to my mother Only thing my mother received- was a phone call from who I presume was a delivery person. Picture that accompanied the phone number was of a shirtless male!!! My mother did not pick up phone call. No flowers were received by her. So how can interflora say flowers were delivered?? They are “ investigating”. However my 80+ year old mother has no flowers and I am reminded of how precious time is and I feel terrible that she did not receive this small token from me

My brother-in-law ordered a Rakhi hamper from them online from USA. I was shocked to see the hamper that was delivered to me, couldn't believe it was Interflora. First and foremost, the Rakhi was missing. The flowers were not at all fresh and dead almost. The bows, tassels was all broken and had fallen inside the basket. Double sided tape was visible everywhere. When i complained them, they said we don't take complaints from receiver, only purchaser. When my brother in law wrote them an email, they didn't reply for 2 days and in the name of solution, they said we will deliver a Rakhi and chocolate complimentary. What's the point of delivering Rakhi after Rakhi is over( for next year???). In the email, they claimed , we do rigorous quality checks and somehow missed this one. And after i saw reviews, i can see how many people are complaining about them. Horrible customer service, never recommending them to anyone. Wish i could attach photos for reference.

Placed 2 orders for rakhi hamper..one delivered on time but rakhis absolutely different from what was ordered , overpriced. Second, had to place multiple calls as delivery was delayed by more than 6 hours. Finally delivered hamper but without the rakhi. Unbelievable. Such poor services after paying prime prices (2k+) and delivery charges separately.

Pathetic service and quality.

I had ordered a premium bouquet and hamper. The card was missing. The cake was stale. Once the correct card was sent and replacement cake, that was stale too. When I informed the corresponding team of the same, a small refund for once stale jar was initiated! Instead of and entire refund.

Lost my money, embarrassed to the core(as this was a gift) and wasted my time. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE

I have been an inteflora customer for the last 2-3 years, gifting flowers to my near and dear ones. Their service has deteriorated to new lows now. I had ordered an expensive bouquet for my wife’s birthday yesterday. Today morning at 9 they send me an email that some flowers are not available. I’m left with no choice but to accept the bouquet as it is. When the bouquet reaches me I find dry flowers given.
Absolutely no empathy from their customer representatives as well. Do not recommend interflora. They have lost a loyal customer.

You'll need to introduce some more flowers arrangements concepts on your website in the range of Rs 1500 to 2500 which makes the customer have more beautiful floral arrangement options to choose from

I was able to order flowers to my fiancée from Germany without any issues. She received the flowers in the given timeframe with the additional gifts. The flowers were gorgeous! I can only just recommend Interflora to everyone!

I placed order on 12 June for a special occasion and when received the order it’s not up to satisfaction. I wrote comments in their apps on my order.

The next day , Customer service team contacted me, sent apology and informed me they will send replacement order .
Order received with the very fresh flowers .
I will still be using for all future occasions
