Placed an order to get delivered at a hospital in Chennai. I accidentally put in the wrong recipient phone number and so the order didn't get delivered on the proposed date, as they couldn't get hold of the recipient. I was given a full refund (Interflora Gift Voucher) and I went on to re ordering the flowers, cake and treats. Interflora went above and beyond with responding to all my queries, keeping me updated with the order and getting my order delivered promptly. The flowers, cake & treats were just as stunning as seen on their website. Would definitely recommend Interflora everyday of the week!!

1. They are very expensive. Much more than FnP
2. They focus more on the looks rather than the flowers
3. Delivery was prompt
My order number was 11970047. Just to clarify, nothing went wrong, but Interflora is very expensive and the quality of the flowers not very good.

Worst site ever i got scammed for 4K flowers , it showed me delivered while it wasn’t delivered and the minute i talked to customer care about it they blocked me .

NO SENSE OF EMPATHY AND TIME
“Same day delivery” is a scam. I ordered flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day before midnight India time on the 11th May and her flowers reached her at 11:30 pm on the 12th May. She was startled by the doorbell as she was fast asleep and my flowers turned out to be a punishment for her that kept her awake the whole night after that. Don’t use these guys if you are sending flowers of happiness to your loved ones !

ITS A RIP OFF!
Its a rip off. They sent a completely different bouquet from what I ordered without any of the flowers that are kept in description. They were wilted, stale, drooping and look like they were arranged by a toddler. For charging so much, they should atleast send the promised product. Completely pathetic service including customer care. Honest advise would be to never order from them and waste your money

A COMPLETELY SCAM
A COMPLETELY SCAM. We have ordered an expensive arrange of flower with chocolate to be delivered and after paying for it, they cancelled the order without letting us know. Then they said they would deliver the day before yesterday, which did not happen, then they ASSURED on the email, phone and chat that it would be delivered yesterday by 7pm, which also did not happen - the event we needed the flowers is already gone. We tried to call them to ask for a refund and all numbers on the website, chat, and email are unresponsive and unhelpful. We haven't received the flowers nor the refund yet!!
