I did 2 orders.
- the first order arrived on time, but the flowers were not very fresh, they got spoiled the first day.
- the second order was really a bad experience. They called us in the day of the delivery, saying my order was not available, to chose another one. Indeed they delivered it when they wanted, not in the time slot originally chosen. Flowers stayed without water for hours, since I was not at home, and they got spoiled.
Tremendous unprofessional behavior.

I had ordered flowers on valentines…
I had ordered flowers on valentines with delivery before 6pm, and it gets delivered at 11:30 pm, i was nit able to get through the chat, and their call center, you really don't want a incompetent business like this to spoil your special day. i rated the delivery and they get back to me after 7 days with a 20% discount which is laughabl, they want me to spend on their own super exorbitant website again to compensate for ruining my special day and their screw up.

Pathetic flower delivery on Valentine’s Day in Bangalore .It was all stale and wilted flowers and we wrote a complain also to their support email id but no response!

Terrible experience.
I had placed an order last evening and had expected the delivery to be made within the alloted time period. I get a call from one executive who says after confirming the building name that the order will be reached in fifteen minutes. The order is delivered at a different address and by the time I make the calls on the number, nobody answered. It was my sister's birthday. I was extremely disappointed and felt the over priced peace lily wasn't really worth it. Please work on improving your brand. There is a huge gap between what is promoted and promised and what the customer really experiences.

Quality going down
From last two orders I’ve learnt that the quality and the service is bad . in the previous order , I had ordered a basket for my friend’s birthday, they didn’t even put the personalized birthday greeting in it . In fact , they delivered another basket to my friend and gave the two greeting cards together. She didn’t even come to know which one was mine .😟
In the last order , this was a plant hamper , the quality of plant was very bad . it was rotten . The candle was packed in a card board box . I complaint and told them to replace it which they never did . After waiting for long , I had to change the plant and pack the box and rearrange the basket myself as I had to leave to take it as a gift .
Will think about ordering from them now .
