IPSL - Interior Panel Systems Avis 

Post sale Comms non existent (i.e no despatch confirmation), items just arrived, good job I was in. Internal corner trims were both damaged, emailed them but no response. Wouldn't recommend.

Update 17/4. I've been contacted by IPSL who explained my email had gone into spam. They have now issued a partial refund for the damaged items.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Initially sent wrong colour parts but a quick call and the replacements arrived the following day. Outstanding service! An example to other businesses.

I ordered a single white 4' x 8' panel. Pleased that it was received as a flat panel. A previous order arrived in a roll and was very difficult to fix to the wall! Fast delivery, no damage. A good quality product.

Great service just one niggle, we only got a delivery notice a few hours before the delivery which meant we couldn't be in to receive the item. The delivery company will know what its delivering the day prior to the actual delivery, so an earlier notification would be more helpful.

The product was delivered in good condition and on time. We have not yet installed these panels, but we did put similar ones up in another room and found them light easy to install even for DIYers like us. Would recommend as a good alternative to tiles.

The panelling is easy to fit together and looks great. The package was well packed and delivered promptly

Tried to get a call back, waited 15 minutes so then called 5 times, waited in the queue only to be hung up on 5 times

I ordered a two panel kit, which arrived when expected, unfortunately there was delivery damage to both panels so couldn’t be fitted the full height needed. As my plumber and carpenter were already booked for a specific day and i haven’t examined the contents of the box, we decided to fit them anyway leaving gaps at the top, i contacted IPSL and received a prompt response explained the panels had been fitted but there was an area the water would seep through hence requesting a replacement panel which has arrived today. Excellent Customer service.

Two orders placed with IPSL recently. First larger order all arrived perfect without issue and on time. Communication good. The second order however cost a fortune to deliver two lengths of chrome trim but went with it, as I needed the same spec & sizes. On arrival the wrong trim was sent even though order and delivery note says they were correct. Also 2 of not one. Chap said on phone we don't stock anymore and the web site need up dating. Not very helpful or accommodating.
Need to inform customers when ordering that parts are not stocked rather than you find out when it arrives.

Great order and delivery experience. Product a bit tricky to install on sloping bathroom walls and ceiling due to angles and uneven rafters which previously had lathe and plaster.Probably easy on walls that have 90 degree angles and stud walls with plasterboard. Newer houses probably no problem to install. Tiles would have been less troublesome tbh.
